Great location to access outdoor recreation areas. Nice one bedroom townhome. Owners have updated the bathrooms and kitchen. Tight parking. Wonderful views.

The condo is perfect for a couple , 2 couples or couple w kids for a short getaway. Parking is in front of the unit making it very convenient. I stay in short term rentals 3-4 times a year 12-18 days, and this condo is the best stocked short term rental I have had opportunity to stay. The bed is comfortable, the furnishings are top quality. The master bathroom shower is awesome. You have a lovely deck accessible from either the living room or bedroom. The deck has a perfect view of Pagosa Peak and the local airport . You won’t find a better value in the area.I hope to make it back in 2027

Comfortable Stay

I enjoyed my stay in Pagosa Springs. The location was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, a minor inconvenience was the lack of extra toilet paper, which ran out during our stay. It would have been helpful if there were spares readily available. I will stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Our housekeepers normally leave several rolls under the sink but must have forgotten to check when getting everything ready for your stay. Thanks for letting us know about this shortcoming."

Pagosa calm

We enjoyed this condo. The spiral staircase was a big hit for the kids as well as the loft. The comfy king bed was great and two bathrooms is very nice. The views especially at sunset are a marvel and nightly deer are delightful! We saw great blue heron and other birds at the lake as well.Thank you for hosting us!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo! Inside was just as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen and had everything we needed. The bed was also suuuper comfortable and we really enjoyed warming up by the fireplace in the evenings. The two beanbags upstairs in the loft were large enough for our boys to pull together and sleep across!! The host is super responsive and fixed a chirping smoke detector same day. Would definitely stay here again!!

The check-in process was easy and the unit had good amenities for a longer stay. It was a bit warm (early June) and had we stayed longer we would have wanted the window air conditioners installed. The owner of the property was responsive.

The condo was super cute. Looked like the pictures. The only thing I’d have to say negative was that the door lock was not easy to lock, had to slam the door to get it to latch and be able to lock the deadbolt. The bed was extremely comfortable and the surrounding was peaceful.

The condo has been renovated recently, and the kitchen and bathrooms are quite nice. Supplies in the kitchen were adequate; make sure to bring your own coffee and tea. The condo has beautiful views of Pagosa Peak from the large picture windows in the living room. One of the residents puts out corn and birdseed several times a day, so deer and bird sightings are abundant. The location is very convenient since it's close to Hwy 160, making it equally easy to get to East Pagosa and downtown. This would be a big plus in the winter when snowy neighborhood roads can get tricky to navigate. This is a lovely cozy space for a couple.

We enjoyed staying in this spacious and excellently appointed place. Everything was just as described. The place is in a quiet area, conveniently located with lovely views of the mountains.
