Great location, great backyard and secure parking. Can’t beat that. A short walk away from the St. Charles streetcar pickup and a short walk to garden district eateries, delectable bagel shop close by. We would definitely stay here again. (Next door they were working on a home- probably done by now so noise shouldn’t be an issue).

What a pleasant surprise. The home is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Will definitely be back. One block from St Charles trolley and Superior Grill (delicious margaritas) and a few blocks from Magazine St. Will definitely be back.

This is very pricey place for the condition of the property. The home needs help - a cracked bathroom floor and kitchen sink, no hooks for towels on the bathroom door, very cheap and simple kitchen utensils, no garbage disposal, and lack of consistent hot water in the master bathroom shower. It also smells musty, and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned (other people's hair was present in the bathroom). While I appreciated the responsiveness of the home owner's replies to my messages, there was a lack of direction as to how to enter the property, what to do when we departed, and where to find simple things. Location was decent, close to Magazine St. shops and restaurants and the trolley line.

This is a great location to St Charles and to Magazine Street. My group used both areas of the rental, one important part is one unit is accessible by a flight of stairs only but the accommodations were very nice. Would stay again.

Great home! Well stocked kitchen a bathrooms. Extremely convenient location. Sam was super easy to work with and very communicative. The beds are really comfortable and the home was spotless. There is even a courtyard in the back. We spent have a cars but still appreciated the fencing and gates for added security. The proximity to the ST Charles streetcar made getting around town a breeze. Only great things to say about our stay - highly recommend!

Great House

The house was excellent. Very clean and updated. The actual street is not great, but you're just a block or two from the charm of uptown. We would certainly stay here again, especially with two families so everyone has their own space.

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful New Orleans HomeI had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and beautifully updated the house was. The decor was stylish and welcoming, making the home feel both comfortable and inviting. The host was absolutely wonderful—very helpful, accommodating, and attentive throughout my stay. Communication was excellent, and the host was extremely prompt in responding to messages whenever I had a question or needed assistance. That level of responsiveness made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free.One of my favorite features was the gated parking, which provided a great sense of convenience and security. The fabulous back porch was another highlight. It overlooked a beautiful backyard and offered the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The home is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, yet it is incredibly convenient to everything. It is just a few blocks from the famous St. Charles Avenue streetcar, making it easy to explore New Orleans and experience the city without having to worry about driving and parking.Overall, this home exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, clean, and conveniently located, with a host who truly went above and

Uptown Beautiful Home

Fantastic place to stay! We were a group of 4 couples in town for a family wedding. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which in NOLA is impossible to find. The house has been beautifully remodeled and furnished. The restaurants on Magazine Street are only 5 blocks away in one direction and the St. Charles trolley is 1 block over in the opposite direction! We will definitely stay here again!

I booked Amelia for my daughter’s 21st birthday with. 10 of her friends. They had a wonderful time: in fact, my daughter said in her one words it’s the best birthday she’s ever had. The house was absolutely stunning; they especially enjoyed the back yard and the location was central to sights and great restaurants. Her words,” If we ever come to nola we need to stay here…it’s a 10 minute walk to magazine street not sketchy whatsoever and it was a 3 minute walk to superior grill last night for dinner. And it’s a 3 minute walk to the place we’re eating for lunch. Very convenient!” Communication was great with responses being very prompt! Thanks for making my daughter’s 21st birthday trip the best!

Rey presentable property! The listing should clarify that it is really two combined unit that have to common connecting doors except from outside. It worked great for us though. It was like having to attached houses so it doubled the common amenities. I would book here every trip to NOLA!

Beautiful house and great location!

The renovations made to this historic home were thoughtfully implemented, and the accommodations for guests are excellent. There is plenty of parking space with 2 driveways that are gated from the street, and we were within walking distance to St. Charles Ave and local bars and restaurants. Our host, Sam, was extremely helpful and answered emails within minutes. I was lucky enough to meet him in person when I returned to the home to retrieve an item I had left behind. This was a great experience!

Great location

The house was great and Sam was very quick to respond with everything. It is as advertised and a beautiful house. Plenty of room for my group of 8. I was a little confused when I first got there about how to get into the upstairs area, but Sam was so quick to help and steer me in the right direction. Thank you again!! The location is perfect. Just a block away from the St Charles streetcar. We used this a lot to get around the city and it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for Parade Season

This house is perfect for a group of couples or a friend's trip if you are wanting to travel to NOLA any time soon. Its a prime location with ample parking. The house itself has character and is a modern gem in a historic part of town. All of the living spaces are modern and up to date, and the amenities are more than enough to get your day started and finished. Walking to Magazine street was easy, and you don't have to leave the neighborhood for nightlife and entertainment. The house is 2 minute walk to the St. Charles Parade route, if you're in town for the Mardi Gras season. Great times, good food, and a lot of fun.
