It was a great stay the owner was lovely very responsive and the property was great we all had a bed to sleep in and the view of the city was great

Family Time

We stayed for a couple of nights with extended family for our daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect place for us all to gather and also nice separated spaces available for each couple. The host was gracious and polite.

Cute home for decent-sized groups!

Our group of 8 adult ladies loved staying here! 5 queens beds made our sleeping situation totally doable and then some. Loved the amount of natural light. Biggest setback is that it’s on a corner with blind spots from both directions from cars, but we easily worked around that by parking on the street. Thank you to our gracious host for letting us stay in her beautiful home!

Very pleasant and comfortable stay

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. Nice quite neighborhood and neighbors. The house was very clean and well set-up. 5 bedrooms and 3 pull out couches. Perfect for a large family. Property manager kept in contact before during and after our stay, very nice. Plenty of food and shops near by. The view of downtown was great. We sat on the back deck every night. We will highly concider staying here again.

Awful

This home was very dirty. Before we could enjoy our stay we had to clean. Dirty floors, walls, counters, bathrooms etc.. We did not get our code to enter the home or the correct address until after check in. One bedroom had water coming up non stop through the floor and the property manager would not return my calls. So every day I spent a certain amount of my time soaking up water. The railings on the stairs were broke as well and not safe. I really hope the property managers fix everything because this property could be amazing. Good about it was a lot of room and a beautiful view!

Absolutely disgusting & dirty

The house was absolutely disgusting. The floors were so gross we couldn’t go without shoes or our feet would be black. Everything in the kitchen was greasy and dirty. The kitchen has the bare minimum. There are no pots, Tupperware, baking dishes, pizza cutter, towels, dish rags. Most of the baking items were broken or melted (spoons, spatulas,etc) There were mouse droppings under the sink in the kitchen. One of the beds had not been changed. There were dirty feet marks on the sheets and something that looked like blood and crumbs in the bed. They did come and put new sheets on the beds but tried to blame it on the washer/dryer, when it was very obvious that it was not. Two of the ceiling fans didn’t work, and this is not a nice neighborhood at all. The house has a very difficult pullout of the drive. It’s a hidden driveway on a hill. It’s a very busy street and the area in all is pretty rough. Even the people at the grocery store told us “you know you are in the bad part of town” when they asked where we were from. The only plus to this house was the outside deck that we watched an amazing fireworks show from. You can see the entire city from the deck. If it wasn’t such a busy week and we could have canceled our stay and found something else to house our group we definitely would have. I would not recommend this house to anyone.
