Fully equipped. Smart tvs in every room. Beautifully finished bathrooms, showers.Mattresses were firm memory foam, pretty comfy. An assortment of different pillows on every bed. Very manageable walk from the stadium, perfect distance.

Spacious house, good central location, walkable bars and restaurants, fairly easy to find parking. Nice upstairs patio with a view of downtown. Every room had its own bathroom which was great. Some fairly minor things could be improved. The kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped. There was a waffle maker but no mixing bowls or measuring cups. Baking sheets but no potholders. No seating in the backyard. No hand towels in the bathrooms. The stairs had non skid pads that looked and felt like they were made for outdoors, which is fine except there is a no shoes rule in the house and they didn’t feel great to walk on barefoot. Overall it’s a functional space and I’d stay here again.

Good but not great. The house has definitely seen alot of wear and tear from visitors. No face cloths, limited hand towels, bath towels had bleach stains on them, no dishwasher tabs provided. Overall I would probably not choose to stay here again.

Very nice property, clean and convenient to downtown Denver activities and attractions. Street parking was easy, but we were only there Tues-Fri, so not sure how it would be on the weekend or during an event. If you like washcloths, bring your own. Towels, linens and decor could use an upgrade, but this is really a nitpick. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the balcony is nice for morning coffee.

Property is not brand new as listed. It was clean. The area around it was okay but there are some questionable neighbors. Carpet was cleaned but stained. Indoor/outdoor carpet on upstairs patio was blistering hot to bare feet. Furniture is pretty dated. Really could have used more seating in the common areas. Owner was responsive and helpful. Property was in a good location for downtown adventuring but was not to the standards expected.

Modern house, in an up and coming neighborhood close to downtown. But the definitely needs some TLC!

We were excited to check into this newer modern build, in a up and coming area that’s close to downtown, that is within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops! The check in process went smoothly and despite not having its own designated parking space, we had no issues finding street parking close by. Upon entering the house everything appeared clean and tidy, there were notes taped to the walls explaining where and what everything was. Which was helpful. But then I started noticing quirky things that weren’t so appealing such as foam taped to the wall, with packing tape. So the dining room table wouldn’t bump the wall. And wallpaper taped behind one of the beds with masking tape, in the main suite. The doors were removed from the vanity in the bathroom as well in main suite, but the hinges were still attached. All furniture, such as nightstands and end tables were covered in nonslip plastic (kinda like what you put in the bottom of a bathtub), all the sheets were paper thin, the comforters were extremely worn, and pillows that you slept with were very flat, mismatched and old. I think furnishing the house was an afterthought and maybe done at habitat for humanity! It definitely has potential to be a great place, and I would say clean!

In Town for a Wedding

Fun stay. Close access to downtown. Neighborhood bars and eateries were great. Fireworks viewing from the rooftop was very cool. Lakes and parks nearby were nice.

We stayed at this location for 1 night after attending a concert at Ref Rocks. The neighborhood is undergoing revitalization so there are some run down homes. There is a parking lot across the street for paid parking. There is limited street parking. The inside of VRBO was clean but the furnishings and decor all looked very tattered and worn. They took outdoor turf and put it inside to cover the carpet. There was random tubing on the walls. They didn’t want to order custom blinds so they overlapped cheap ones. There was a tv box top oddly placed as you go down the stairs to the basement. There was 2 blocks of foam taped to the wall and signs all over. It was very strange! When I left a message for the property manager they never called back.
