You're just a casual stroll away from the town center, where you can visit Fred's General Store or check out some local restaurants. Plus, you can enjoy the amenities at the nearby Buckeye Recreation Center, which features tennis courts, basketball courts, a gym, and a lovely lake where you can fish or rent canoes and kayaks. The owners noted that "We just stayed there for the first time in the summer, and we saw about 25 deer each day on the slopes. And while hiking to the top of the mountain to see the beautiful views, we were relaxing on the outdoor viewing decks and saw a bear go by" —how cool is that?
No matter the season, Rivendell offers a variety of mountain activities. Our spacious seven-bedroom home is perfect for winter fun like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. In warmer months, thrill-seekers can tackle the nearby National Championship mountain bike trails, which cater to all experience levels.
