Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire suite. You will have your own designated parking spot.



The Neighborhood:

Marvel at the panoramic views of the Calgary skyline from the comfort of your own outdoor space. The city lights create a mesmerizing backdrop for your stay, offering a truly immersive experience in the heart of downtown.



Getting Around:

Downtown Calgary is pedestrian-friendly, with wide sidewalks and pathways. It's an excellent way to explore the area and reach nearby attractions, especially in the downtown core.



Cycling: Calgary has an extensive network of bike paths and lanes. You can rent bikes through programs like Lime or use the city's bike-sharing system to easily move around downtown.



Public Transit (CTrain and Buses): Calgary's public transit system, operated by Calgary Transit, includes the CTrain (light rail transit) and buses. The CTrain has lines running through downtown, making it convenient for traveling within the city center and beyond.



Car: While downtown has parking options, it can be busy and expensive. However, if you prefer driving, there are parking lots available. Just be prepared for downtown traffic during peak hours.



Taxi and Ride-Sharing Services: Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick transportation within the downtown area.



Scooters: Depending on the season, electric scooters might be available for short trips within the downtown core. They're convenient for quick hops between destinations.



Remember, downtown Calgary is quite walkable, and many attractions are within reasonable distance from each other. The Plus 15 system, an extensive network of enclosed pedestrian walkways, is also handy during colder months, allowing you to move between buildings without going outside.

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
