Welcome to a bright, south-facing downtown condo offering comfort, space, and an unbeatable location. Enjoy complimentary heated underground parking and brand-new ductless A/C, all within walking distance of the Calgary Stampede, Saddledome, 17th Avenue, 4th Street, and the Elbow River.

This airy condo comfortably sleeps four guests with one private bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy a premium Endy mattress, fresh hotel-quality linens, a spacious open layout, and a private patio—perfect for relaxing after a day downtown.

South-facing windows and 9-foot ceilings fill the space with natural light. Guests have access to an assigned heated underground parking stall, elevator access, high-speed internet, and two 55” Smart TVs (including one in the bedroom) for easy streaming.

The large, fully equipped kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and the in-suite washer and dryer come stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Soft towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for a comfortable stay.

We loved staying at this condo in the Mission neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Communication with Paul was quick and efficient and he answered any questions immediately. We will definitely stay here again as our daughter lives in the same neighborhood and would love to explore the area a bit more next time.

The property was perfect for my husband and I for two nights. Everything was as described. Parking was a breeze and well secured. Paul responded right away to my communications. Easy everything and a great location to a good variety of restaurants. I got my steps in on the river walk too.

Paul was incredibly accommodating from the very first moment we spoke. He replied almost instantly and was wonderfully flexible with our million-and-one requests.The condo is perfectly located—right next to 17th Avenue and close to some of the best restaurants in Calgary, with the Stampede grounds just a short distance away. Walking anywhere downtown was easy and enjoyable. The icing on the cake was the secure underground parking, which made us feel extra safe leaving our rental while we explored.The condo looks even better in person, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.We even made use of their well-stocked first aid kit when our son broke his hand—something we were so grateful to have on hand.If we ever have the privilege of returning to Calgary, this would be the very first place we’d check!Thanks again, Paul, for such a fabulous stay!

Beautiful condo! Tons of space, really appreciated the L-shaped desk to work at. Convenient location. Bed was very comfy and we appreciated the extra pillows in the closet! Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great location! Easy parking and everything you need

Nice little apartment in a safe welcoming building in a cool neighborhood close to restaurants and shops and pretty much everything you need. We rented an SUV to get to the mountains and so didn't use the underground parking but it was super easy to park out front and free after 6pm. We loved Calgary and this place made it so easy to see the best of it.Paul was a kind and thourogh host.

The location of the apartment was really great with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The check in was super smooth and the apartment had everything I needed. Would love to stay here again next time I am in Calgary.
