This 5000 Sq. Ft Home sleeps 24 people and the Generous Space continues outside! Outside feature 1,800 Sq. Ft. of COVERED space! We love the sun AND the shade!! We are a small family-owned business that specializes in Luxury, High-End Vacation rentals! There is plenty of seating in the Great Room and the Family Room to gather and watch a game. A total of 10 TVs are on property, so if you prefer to watch the game in your Room, at the Pool, or under one of the outdoor Verandas, you have those options! Kitchen includes a Coffee Bar and Large Island with comfortable seating. A Kitchen Dining Nook looks out to the Massive Pool and Yard. The Grand Dining Room seats 10 and looks out from Elegant French Doors to the Greenery of the Beautiful Landscaped Front Yard. In the Back Yard is where the fun continues! A full Mini Golf Course, Large Pool with Rain Curtain with a Swim Up Bar, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Corn Hole, Ping Pong, and a new favorite, a Pickle Ball Court, all await your enjoyment! The Main House sleeps 20 guests! The attached Casita sleeps 4 guests and can be added for an additional $275 per stay.



Additionally, this property is available for Lodging Only. If you're looking for an amazing home to have a wonderful time making memories, this is a perfect home for you to get away, have fun and relax!



However, events, parties or gatherings of any type are not allowed. If you're looking for a venue to host an event or a party (including but not limited to Weddings, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, etc,.) unfortunately this is not the property for you. Please inquire if you have any questions or would like clarification on this policy.



When you book, we collect 50% of the total amount due. Then, 30 days prior to your check in date, the remaining 50% will be automatically be charged to the same card you initially provided. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Chandler is home to 10 Golf Courses. Downtown Chandler is 10 minutes away for nightlife and dining, however there are some popular restaurants close by. The Chandler Fashion Mall Center is 20 minutes away for some indoor shopping.



Getting Around:

Vehicles are the primary choice of transportation, but many like to rent bicycles and cruise along the nearby Chandler Paseo Trail along the canal, downtown Chandler and downtown Gilbert. Chandler is known for its beautiful golf courses, parks, variety of restaurants and nightlife and hiking nearby.
