A darling, immaculate little beach cottage has everything you could ever want to be comfortable during your stay. We really appreciated the snacks and the coffee cups for the Keurig machine. The bathroom was well stopped with soap, shampoo, and lotion, and plenty of towels. This little cottage was charmingly decorated, and all the furnishings were very comfortable. I loved the outdoor shower to wash my feet off after a walk along the beach. The front porch was a lovely feature with comfortable Adirondack chairs, and a view of the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet, except for the songs of birds!

The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the beach. The people we met were kind and helpful. When we arrived there was only. 1/2 roll of toilet paper to be found. We also noticed the outdoor shower was leaking. The ground crew were there Monday and he told me he would report a ruptured pipe. I also reported to him that the toilet lifts up off of the floor and the shower head doesn’t point down, which means closing the door and waiting for the cold water to heat up as to not flood the bathroom floor. A pamphlet with a map of places to go would be nice as we had to go to the visitors information in town.

We had a great enjoyable stay. Could sit on the front porch and see the ocean from a distance. Walk to the beach was maybe a minute if that. Super close. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Virginia Beach but also a simple drive down if you want to go to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone looking for a nice simple beach trip.

Very clean. Owner does a great job with making this tiny home a sweet get away.

This is a convenient location for us to be able to visit our aging parents. It’s extremely clean which is a priority for me. The host is great at responding to any questions you may have.

This rental space was very convenient and had a pleasant walk to Beach. The property was well managed and very clean with all the accommodations for our stay; the only complaint was the bed was very hard, and hurt my back, but other than that i would stay again for sure...

The property was outstanding, beautiful and full of loving spirit. We could see the beach and go grab something to eat all in the same area! The home decor was spot on, with up to date appliances and fashion. Would definitely love to revisit!!! Amazing host, Gwen your awe4!!!

Host was not friendly or helpful. Would not give any local information when asked. Failed to communicate - sent me back to VRBO, who tried, but could not answer my questions. Even directions were not helpful - and it was hard to find as it is in an alley, not on a street. When they say TINY, that was an understatement. the bedrooms barely fit a bed. We are average sized people and had trouble navigating the space. The shower was so small, you could hardly turn around. there were maintenance issues with simple things - like burned out lights and a sink in the bathroom that did not work properly. Since the host was so unfriendly, we did not even bother to contact them over any issues that came up. If that was not bad enough, the neighborhood was sketchy. People coming and going at all hours of the night, noisy, and we did not feel particularly safe. We were there in the OFF season, so this was a surprise. The only thing good about it was that it was close to the beach - but that did not overcome all the issues. I would NOT recommend this spot, look elsewhere.
