Beachside Breeze Condo w/pool and private beach access

"Beachside Breeze" Condo with partial ocean views is located in the "Sand Pebbles" condo complex unit C5. You & your family will be close to everything at this centrally located condo (no ocean view from balcony) Walking distance to several restaurants, private beach access & more. Beachside Breeze is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cozy condo that is just steps away from the ocean. This condo complex has 2 pools and 2 private beach accesses with outdoor showers.

This condo is fully furnished and includes clean bed linens and fresh towels for your stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basic cooking and dining utensils that one can expect along with a few upgraded items such as an Air fryer, French press, Keurig, and mini waffle maker. Under the kitchen sink you will find garbage bags, cleaning products, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Kitchen towels and new sponge are provided for every stay. Courtesy travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are left in each bathroom as well as (1) starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Other starter items such as paper towels and coffee are provided.

The master bedroom has a brand-new KING bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a brand-new FULL bed and TWIN bed, smart TV, and full-size arcade game.


PARKING
Entire condo & ONE parking space. A second parking space is available on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee a second parking space during peak season (May - September).


The condo is in the heart of Carolina Beach and within 1 mile from the world-famous Boardwalk and everything it has to offer. Directly across the street from this condo complex you will find Uncle Vinny's Pizzeria & Ristorante, The Spot Bar & Kitchen. Within a 4-minute walk from the condo you will find the Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar and Funtime Ice Cream. Half of a mile from the condo you will find the Veggie Wagon, Butts n Such BBQ, Hang Ten Grill, the Carolina Beach Lake, Squigley's Ice Cream & Treats, and a gas station/convenience store. ****Pool opens May 1st**** ****Pool closes Oct 1st****
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A $300 PENALTY FEE AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DEEP CLEANING OR DAMAGES, IF NECESSARY.

We could not of stayed in a better place. The condo was beautiful, very very clean with all the immunities you could possibly need. Great location and perfect host Cassandra. She thought of everything, games, books, etc!!! I would give it a 15 if I could!!!

Check in and check out were easy and well explained. The property was clean and all was in order. The host supplied all that was needed and more for an uncomplicated and relaxing stay. The location was phenomenal! The beach was right outside and the property was close to attractions and places to eat and visit. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again! I absolutely LOVED this property. The decor was lovely with very modern touches. The place was immaculate! I was welcomed with a very cute gift basket. That was a thoughtful touch. The beach is private so it wasn't crowded or if you'd prefer the pool you have choices. I messaged the host immediately when I walked it to tell her how excited I was. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay longer.

Clean and modern

Enjoyable Stay

Great location in Carolina Beach. Owners were very responsive to questions. Place was well stocked and included many extras. Beach was a few steps away.. pool was very small if you are a pool person instead of beach. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfection!

Beautiful property, superb location. Definitely recommend. Teen boys were impressed. We used it as a home base for several college tours and looked forward to coming home to it each day. The amenities provided and thoughtfulness of the owners were the best we’ve ever experienced. Beautiful beach with easy access. Loved sitting out on the porch to enjoy the breeze and wind chimes. Carolina Beach is a neat town- we look forward to coming back and exploring more!

Clean and convenient

This property was newly remodeled and spotless and fully stocked. The decor and household items were thoughtful and purposeful without the cluttery, dusty, stuff you find at many beach condos. You could go here with some groceries and your swimsuit and be happy forever. We went with a 4 and 6 yo and it was set up great for them and us. A few steps from a nice pool and the beach. She had chairs, towels, games, all kinds of appliances, and everything you’d need for a great stay.

This is a very nice property. We would stay here again. We found the host very helpful and responsive with any questions or issues. We asked to stay an extra night and we're lucky enough that it was not booked. There were 6 beach chairs available as well as an umbrella. However their umbrella appears cracked. But leave your chairs at home. There some snacks available in the room. Washing detergent and dryer sheets. Had we known we would not have packed them. There was a large selection of games though we didn't have time for that. One thing that might help is a towel rack in the common bathroom. Maybe behind the door. This place was great though. This was like the perfect location. Close to the boardwalk to walk there and far enough away to avoid the noise. I had one major issue but it was my fault so for anyone staying here make sure the people in your party help to remind you to place the parking pass on the mirror, to avoid being towed. We didn't and were towed. That was an extra unplanned cost. Not the hosts fault. Everything was great and we would stay here or at another place owned by this host.
