Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Sands V Building is a strictly smoke-free property, including all individual units and all common areas, including the outdoor decks. This policy is clearly communicated through signage throughout the property, our rental advertisements, and the instructions provided to guests. The building is also equipped with a state-of-the-art fire protection system that is highly sensitive to smoke, an uncommon feature for a beachfront property. Although smoking is prohibited, we recognize that occasional violations may occur. If you experience cigarette smoke again, we encourage you, if you feel comfortable doing so, to politely notify the individual responsible. If the issue persists or you prefer not to approach the individual directly, please contact me. I will promptly notify the owner of the unit involved and the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that the matter can be addressed appropriately. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We want all our guests and residents to enjoy a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment.

They will ticket if you park and don’t pay for the public parking spaces as , you found out.
