Des plafonds voûtés, une vue imprenable et une ambiance chaleureuse vous accueillent à la porte de cette maison magnifiquement située sur un ruisseau de montagne près de Brighton Village. La construction est centrée autour de grandes poutres en bois magnifiques et l'artisanat de qualité est évident dans toute cette maison. Les armoires et l'éclairage faits sur mesure s'associent pour en faire un endroit spécial. La grande salle dispose d'une immense cheminée en pierre, d'un mur de fenêtre laissant entrer la lumière du soleil et il y a des vues ininterrompues à prendre. Il y a 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, une salle familiale, une salle de télévision en bas avec poêle à bois et une cuisine spacieuse. Parking pour 2-3 voitures. The surrounding environment is beautiful. You can enjoy the river while having a BBQ on the balcony. The Kitchen and dining table are huge enough for us to have a wonderful dinner.

The property was Perfect for our needs, we had plenty of space. It was well equipped in kitchen, appliances, and necessities for cooking and eating. Very close to the Brighton ski resort. communication with the property management was excellent. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome Stay!

This place had plenty of room for all 7 of us and is located right in between both Solitude and Brighton Mountains. The location was great and the skiing was even better.

Everything was perfect! Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen was incredible: stocked with basic pantry supplies. We took the basics as well, used what was open and left our new unopened pantry items (unable to fly home with groceries). Host was great, checking to see if we needed anything, after check in. Heated flooring made the atmosphere very cozy and easy to adjust temps. Living room fireplace was awesome and too easy! We could go on and on with every detail. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful Brighton home

This home has it all. Conveniently located between Brighton and Solitude resorts, beautiful views out the back, plenty of room and amenities inside, and the property manager couldn't have been more helpful as we had trouble finding the property in the dark and understanding which keypad we should have used to enter the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, well stocked kitchen, lots of room, great fireplace to sit and relax around, not walkable to lifts in ski boots FYI but worth a stay for sure!!

It would be an uphill walk to the resort from the home - we do frequently see others park further down canyon than this home and walk to Brighton in their gear - it can be done, but may not be best suited for everyone, especially with the addition of ski boots/gear on. We love the location, which is walkable to Brighton and the Nordic Center, and a short drive to Solitude. It's a beautiful home, comfortable and well appointed overall. The fireplace works great and warms up the house quickly. The Cottonwood Lodging staff was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing propery with amazing management

This property is incredible. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and it has a great location. The management company is the most professional and accommodating company I have ever dealt with. If only other rental companies were at this level. 10/10 all the way around!

Completely Peaceful

Rivamonte is heaven on earth. It is so peaceful and the view out the back of the house is amazing. The sound of the running river is so soothing and refreshing. The house is well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. There are more than enough towels in the bathroom and there were large bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash. We did not want for anything and we will definitely be back!

The house has everything you need and sits in a very quiet area, even though it's on the main road. The place was very clean and the property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend. You can also walk to the Brighton store and the Nordic center.

It's really a nice house, and other than food, there is absolutely nothing you have to bring. Carole with Mount Majestic is so helpful and kind. We had 11 people in our party and the house never felt crammed. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, and were impressed with how clean the cabin was, how well stocked the kitchen was, and how beautiful the setting was. I really appreciated the large table with plenty of chairs so we could all eat together and play games at the table. The décor was perfect...nothing seemed out of place. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Winter stay at Rivamonte

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall loved my time at this rental property. Very close to Brighton which is so convenient. Well stocked kitchen and lots of extra linens. The online listing stated 3 king beds and 1 queen; in reality, one of these 3 king beds had been replaced by two twin beds. Additionally, we were told only 3 small cars could fit in the driveway; however, it is possible to fit more. Overall very happy with the experience though.

Great ski cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place is beautiful, comfortable, And well appointed - Plenty of room and nicely stocked in every way. Also, a great location to skiing. However, it wasn't very clean. Some of the dishes and pots needed washing before we used them. Some bedding was clearly used before we arrived. The dryer was filled with towels and bedding the we had to fold and put away. I also had remove about a foot on snow from the driveway upon our arrival. Overall, it was very nice and we would stay again.
