Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay at BBL. The house was clean, comfortable, and was in a nice location. Our host, Kate, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We look forward to our next vacation at BBL!

Pleasant Place

The property was well maintained and we appreciated the owners snow mitigating efforts. It’s cozy, and perhaps a bit dated, but comfortable and serene.

Relaxing, Comfortable & Clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in this quiet, cozy, relaxing, comfortable cabin in the woods! Our hosts put a great deal of thought and care into preparing the cabin for their guests. They were the perfect combination of accessible and helpful while being respectful of our space. We especially appreciated how neat and clean everything was and how much attention had been paid to every detail. We loved our stay there and are looking forward to visiting again!

I wish we stayed longer!

We had such an amazing vacation and absolutely love this home! It's on a quiet street and it's close to everything you would want to do. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and the beach. There's a little restaurant by the pool and a food truck right by the beach. The lake is really beautiful and my grandkids caught tons of fish, including a huge bass! I really appreciate that the house came with a fishing boat that's already docked right next to the lake. My only regret is not staying a couple extra nights.

Cozy weekend in the Poconos

I had a group of nine stay at this property. Everyone enjoyed themselves. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There was room for air mattresses and a sleeper sofa on the loft. We were lucky to enjoy the snowy weekend together with a nice fire going. The host was very informative! There was additional paperwork needed to be filled out due to the property being in a gated community which made it feel safe. Place is great for families and friends that are willing to follow the community’s rules. It was very cold during our stay so most of our party stayed inside the cozy cabin. I managed to make it over to the tubing hill for a couple of runs which was very fun for a small hill. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends and family.
