The townhouse was very clean and easy to get to as well as check in. The only downside is the noise. You are obviously right next to the highway with lots of OHVs running around, but the air conditioner was SO LOUD! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub being a short walk.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice. We did have to clean the bbq grill before we could use it but other than that it was good.

Perfect place to stay, just south of Moab - parking for our truck and ATV trailer was easy. Awesome large table was perfect for dinners and board games - will definitely book again!

This condo was spectacular clean, convenient to downtown Moab. We didnt get a chance to use the pool or hot tub. The dryer wasn't working and the host rectified it immediately. The only complaint i would have is the 2nd bedroom should be described better. It's a queen bed with bunk bed on top. We we're older ppl traveling 62-73. There should have been an option to have to bunk bed removed as the couple had a hard time getting in & out. We would stay here again if in the area. Highly recommended

Great place

We loved the location and the rental was exceptional clean and everything we needed. There were 2 parking spots outside our rental which was fantastic! The pool was not close but in walking distance and was newly renovated. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable here. It was roomy and nicely decorated. We felt safe here. Having a full kitchen made cooking a breeze. Can't say enough good things.

Great stay - only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom is just a double (a little small) and the frame creaks with every movement. Otherwise the place was great and had everything we needed.

Good location. It would be so appreciated if one pool was designated for kids and one for adults. Bed and pillows could of been more comfortable for sure. Back patio and grill were great.

The perfect adventure, home away from home

I brought my 80 year old mom to check out arches and canyon lands, and this was the most wonderful place for us to stay in order to access all the parks! At night it was a perfect way to wind down after a long day of hiking to take a couple laps in the pool and hang out in the hot tub meeting interesting people from all over the place. We highly recommend this to any future travelers!

Clean and Conveniently Located

The property was clean and the furnishing were comfortable. There were adequate kitchen supplies, I appreciated the hand soap/dish soap /laundry supply boxes provided. Arches NP is a 10 minute drive away and Canyonlands NP is about 30 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and shops/grocery with a couple minute drive. I would definitely stay at this location again.
