Les meubles sont de Bassett Furniture, votre confort étant le facteur principal dans le processus de sélection. Les 3 chambres ont des matelas très confortables et le canapé-lit queen permettra à des groupes plus grands des lits supplémentaires. La chambre principale est située au rez-de-chaussée et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Il y a deux chambres à l'étage et une chambre avec un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain complète située à l'étage et une demi-salle de bain située au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine est remplie d'ustensiles de tous les jours et de petits appareils, ce qui vous permet d'économiser encore plus d'argent sur les repas. Il y a des télévisions dans la chambre principale, le salon et le grenier. Wifi gratuit aussi!

Great oasis in the desert

This place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Loved our stay there for family of 5. And the property manager(s) were very accommodating to shift our arrival and departure dates after our flight was canceled the morning of our expected arrival.

Beautiful!

This was a great place for our family as we explored the surrounding areas hiking and relaxing on vacation. We had plenty of space for all of us and gorgeous views. We had all of the information in a timely manner and the text reminders were great. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Awesome stay

We used the condo as our starting base to explore Arches, Canyonlands, Western Colorado and the local area. The condo was perfect for our group of four adults. Highly recommend.

Family Getaway

This place fit our needs perfectly, plenty of space for all of us. nice and clean, easy to go into town, I loved that it had 2 pools in one area and a hot tub. Beds were great. East check in and check out, will stay here again when we go back that way. Thank you for sharing this Condo!

Loved it!

We loved the view, amenities(wish they had a check out area to use rackets, basketballs, etc), pool was great! House was clean, comfy beds, roomy, had everything we needed! Communication was great! We will be back and recommend this place to anyone!

Very clean house, couch and beds were very comfortable! We loved the attached garage which prevented the car from getting too hot. Kitchen had just about everything we needed. The only thing we would add is a Keurig. Location is a very short drive to the main part of Moab and Arches; a bit further as expected to Canyonlands. So much to do in the area, all very closeWould definitely stay here again!

Overall the stay was okay but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Sticky kitchen floor, damp towels in closet, dirty, rusty barbecue, ripped sheet on master bed. Location was excellent, quiet, just out of town.

Hi David - Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We do take this information very seriously and pause to reassess the cleaning process when feedback is received that does not reflect the high satisfaction rating that is most commonly provided by guests. Regarding the damp towels; the property was vacant for 10 days prior to your arrival, which means that the property was cleaned well before your arrival date. With that, damp towels would be very unlikely as the laundry was completed days before you arrived. Even if a property is vacant for a few days before guests check-in, we then check the property hours before the guests arrive on the date of arrival. There were no concerns with the floors or other areas of the property. However, housekeeping did come to the property after you arrived to mop the floors again and changed the master bedroom sheets. The original sheets did have a very small hole and have since been discarded. We are happy to hear that the location was great and quiet! The complex where the unit is located is such a beautiful area that allows guests to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only a short drive away. Thank you again for your feedback. We again rarely receive feedback that the cleanliness of the property did not meet our high standards, but we have noted each area mentioned in your review. We hope that one of our properties can provide a home away from home for you the next time you are in Moab!
