We do take this information very seriously and pause to reassess the cleaning process when feedback is received that does not reflect the high satisfaction rating that is most commonly provided by guests. Regarding the damp towels; the property was vacant for 10 days prior to your arrival, which means that the property was cleaned well before your arrival date. With that, damp towels would be very unlikely as the laundry was completed days before you arrived. Even if a property is vacant for a few days before guests check-in, we then check the property hours before the guests arrive on the date of arrival. There were no concerns with the floors or other areas of the property. However, housekeeping did come to the property after you arrived to mop the floors again and changed the master bedroom sheets. The original sheets did have a very small hole and have since been discarded. We are happy to hear that the location was great and quiet! The complex where the unit is located is such a beautiful area that allows guests to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only a short drive away. Thank you again for your feedback. We again rarely receive feedback that the cleanliness of the property did not meet our high standards, but we have noted each area mentioned in your review.
