Welcome to our new Fort Myers beach house where comfort, convenience, nature and relaxation await you!

The condo can sleep up to 6 guests. All rooms are furnished in a coastal modern style, offering a relaxed vibe reflecting the sky, sand, and waters that surround the area.

The condo measures 1,175 total sq ft with 10’ ceilings and 8’ doors. All windows have been designed with impact glass for hurricane protection.

The master bedroom sleeps a king-sized bed with private closet space. It has its own master bath with dual sinks, clear glass shower doors, and a rain shower head. The master bedroom is spacious and beautifully sunlit during the day.

The second bedroom sleeps queen-sized bed with private closet space. It has its own bathroom with a rain shower head and bathtub.

The kitchen features white granite countertops, tall European-style cabinetry, and a large kitchen island with a breakfast bar and seating.

All appliances include: refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is entirely stocked with appliances for the most comfort including, a Mr. Coffee Maker, a Keurig, toaster, silverware, and much more.

The dining area seats 6 guests. The living room extends out from the dining area and is complete with a TV and a comfy sofa that opens up as a bed if needed allowing extra guests to sleep.

The spacious and screen-tinted lanai is furnished with 2 outdoor seats and small side table to rise with the sun over a delicious coffee in the morning.
