We were looking for a small house to stay for our recent visit to see family. The cottage was perfect. A modern touch, clean and had the essentials like towels, sheets, fridge, coffee maker and much more. Location worked for us to golf, visit wineries and eat at some great local restaurants. Host had great communication. We would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Every detail was thoughtfully designed to maximize the space and provide for every need. Nearby Geneva offered lots to explore, even in the winter. We were very comfortable, and would definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay at the Finger Lakes! The cottage was immaculate - very clean, cozy and had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Check-in was an absolute breeze and the location of the house was very convenient to lots of great places in the area. Dennis was an excellent host and we would highly recommend his cottage if you are looking for an awesome place to stay on Lake Seneca!

Amazing little house

Love this house, everything was perfect and very clean. Neighbors are very nice and i had no problem sleeping. Highly recommend!!

Everything was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Exactly what we needed and more than we expected! I had some difficulties with managing the split unit for heat (silly me) and Dennis responded immediately and even stopped by to show me how to work it properly. Very accommodating, close to so many fun activities as well. If we are ever back in Geneva we will absolutely be booking with Dennis again :)

We had great communication with Dennis. Great location with convenient access to attractions on and around Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. Check-in was very simple. Nice, roomy dog walking area at rear of the property if traveling with a dog. Inside was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and nicely appointed. Downstairs half bath was a nice convenience. Mini splits kept each of the rooms at a comfortable temperature. Would definitely consider staying again the next time we are in the Finger Lakes region.
