The Space
The apartment is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The kitchen and bathroom have almost everything you need. There are two TV's for entertainment both with Roku streaming.

When needed there are 2 window A/C units that serve this unit. One that serves the bedroom and the other serves the living room/kitchen.

THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT SUPPLY CABLE AND DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER.

There is a laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza about 1.5 miles away.


Guest Access
Guests can park in designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental. Guests will use the blue back door, via keyless entry, turn left and step-up 3 stairs to use the brown door with the Welcome sign on it. In the apartment guests have access to; the Kitchen/Living Room, Full Bathroom and Bedroom. Guests also have access to the front/backyard and the SHARED or first come/first serve basis Firepit.
