This air-conditioned gem enjoys a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Make yourself at home and curl up on the extensive sectional and stay up to date with your favorite series and movies with the smart TV provided. The open kitchen is a chef's paradise with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks. The living area opens onto a screened lanai with a heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over pool spa, a covered patio with an outdoor dining area, and a well-equipped grilling station.

The spacious main suite has a smart TV and a luxe en suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. There is a second main suite with an en suite bath and access to the pool deck. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
