Welcome to your newly renovated, modern vacation home! The house is in a quiet, private neighborhood 3 miles away from 5th avenue and South Beach. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bathroom has a hot tub/jacuzzi. Additionally, the house also has a sofa sleeper that could potentially host up to 2 more people. The house offers a recently renovated kitchen with an island made of granite and a very clean, white interior. The kitchen is stocked with brand-new Whirlpool appliances. It also offers brand-new utilities and utensils such as plates, bowls, silverware, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, and glasses. The outside area has a heated pool with different colored lights. There is also a large screen-in lanai, a 50-inch TV, a hammock 4 lounge chairs a sofa, and an outdoor dining table
Heated pool is $50 per day extra, and needs 24Hrs advance notice!
Also this is a pool not Jacuzzy the most temp can go is 70 F

The house was beautiful and comfortable and was a short distance to everything we waned to do in Naples. The screened in pool and porch was our favorite part of the house to relax in! Emiliya was very prompt when communicating with us and overall it was a great experience.

Check-in was easy and the house was perfect for our needs. We were able to visit with family and were close enough to the beaches and Everglades to enjoy some tours. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Emiliya was great at communicating. The house has interior locks up high to the pool. That made us feel more relaxed with the kids. The house and neighborhood was quiet. We met one neighbor and his dog. We walked every evening with kids.I would stay again.

Do Not Rent your property to Karen. She and her group doesn't follow my rules ,for check out time(10 am). They left at 2 pm ,my cleaning company was seating outside of the house ,waiting for them,to leave. I had same day check in at 4 pm, but Karen didn't care. I had to pay $100 extra for cleaning, because came one more girl to help to be faster, Karen REFUSED to pay me back this $100 with explanation SHE didn't think this was necessary......! Really...! Didn't even mention to txt me or call me or let me know she is checking out later....! This us absurd. I try to contact with her,NO result! Owner Run from this lady!

The house had a wonderful floor plan and great outside area to congregate. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again.

Clean and spacious home perfect for large groups. Very convenient location and host for as very great and efficient to communicate with. We would definitely would recommend this property for anyone traveling to Naples.

Excellent House in Naples

We had a great stay here for March Break. House was very clean upon arrival. Kids loved the pool. Close enough to all Naples amenities. House was equipped with chairs, cooler and toys for a great beach day! I would recommend this Kings Lake house for a visit to south Florida.

Well renovated, house was well equipped with cleaning supplies (trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap) plenty of beach and pool towels.Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy, no complaints from family members sleeping on them.Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close to pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. Pool was excellent Loved the privacy and the screen cover over the pool. Beach was 15 mins away as well.Definitely recommend this property

Wonderful stay-great floor plan!

Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kings Lake. The outdoor dining and pool area are great for relaxing. The house is furnished with comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. The location provides easy access to Naples restaurants and activities. (Better grocery choices at the Naples Towne Center Publix vs Publix on Davis Blvd. Be aware that the Publix closes at 9pm!) Definitely recommend this property for a stay in Naples!

Full home experience

Very nice house in nice neighborhood for walking/jogging. Owner very responsive when disposal malfunctioned and pool heater failed. Otherwise house in great condition.

Thank you for response Michael. The Water pump on the pool failed ,On December 31, and because was Holiday next day ,I change it on January 2. Disposal was fixed same day in about 2 hrs. As always I am trying my Best .

All pros - no cons…Book and enjoy!

From beginning to end we had a great experience with the host, home, neighborhood, location and comforts! Immediately the house is welcoming upon arrival, and you can tell the host provided thought and care to the guests experience. The location is great for Naples, and I enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood with kind neighbors. The pool temperature was perfect and sitting in the covered outside area as a family under a fan was enjoyable as we ate. The beds and linens were so comfortable. All pros in our experience- I have no cons! Book and enjoy!

Spectacular House!

Absolutely stunning house! Lots of space, clean, and well packed. For example, we had coffee delivered and they forgot to include straws, but luckily there were some straws in the kitchen that we could use, which was great! The pool was also very clean and warm especially for early February. One of the best parts about this house is the neighborhood it’s in. A very safe, quiet, and pleasurable place to wake up every day

Not like a hotel

So nice for a family to stay together, the house was spotless, however unlike a hotel, there was no back up toilet tissue, no soap to shower in the bathrooms, nothing to clean the pots and pans with, no spices or extras. You need to bring everything with you or spend a small fortune shopping. Not great when only there for a few days.
