Such a lovely home in a nice, quiet neighborhood situated close to some of the best Vero Beach offers. The house was appointed with everything we needed. The pool is huge and the layout is very dog friendly. The host is also is very responsive to any Q's.I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a lovely stay here! We booked at the very last minute and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The pool is amazing and the fenced yard was perfect for our 2 small dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we wanted for nothing! Fully stocked with all the comforts of home and very clean and comfy.

Feels like our second home!

Great place to stay! Close enough to everything you need from Orlando to Palm Beach! Home was very clean. Yard was kept up as was the pool maintenance!! A Will be staying again next year if available!

This is our second stay here and it feels like home. We love the bedroom setup, the fenced in yard, the huge pool, the pretty kitchen. There are a lot of dog toys and water/ food bowls available too! Owners are accommodating.

Wonderful Vero Holiday rental

We had a thoroughly wonderful stay at this property and there was literally nothing that the house lacked for a home from home stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, extremely well equipped and comfortable and the perfect locationto for us whilst visiting our son.

Artistic comfort style home

Hanan Kim has a lot of thought put into decorating this home. Best swimming pool we have rented yet. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Plenty of coffee and accessories. Host was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Home

The home is well laid out! The pool guy did an outstanding job of keeping the pool clean and the grounds maintenance did an excellant job also. This home is well taken care of. You can tell it had recent upgrades! Would love to stay here again!!!!

Beach trip

I think the owner did a good job with the remodel. The house has a good central location to not be on the beach. Had an issue with the hot water in the spare bath. Once we spoke to the property manager she had a plumber out the same day/after hours to get it taken care of. Had a plumber drive an hour and a half to get the hot water working in the hall bath. Think the check out time is a little much on this property...10 a.m....but knew that going in. Communication with the host/property manager was good during the water heater issue. Text were abundant in keeping me posted.

Needs a lot of TLC

I emailed the property mgr, included pics, and described the property in detail, but they never responded. So I'm writing this review. *Inside: All the rugs are filthy and dangerous. They slip and slide around. The master shower floods the floor, because it doesn't have a door that closes. All the windows were very dirty. The inside and outside needs a thorough cleaning. It seems like no one checks on the property to see if the cleaning, and lawn people are doing their job properly. The refrigerator had food and coffee creamer still in it. The freezer had an old bag of ice scattered all over the bottom. *Outside: The outside is very neglected. The front door is full of spider webs and dead bugs. There are dead potted plants in front, and back. The grass is mostly weeds. My Yorkies got full of stick-tights every time they went outside. There are large weeds growing through the decking. The lounge chairs are begging for mercy. The cushions are full of mildew and dry rot. When you try to lay the chairs flat, the last bracket barely catches the bar, then falls onto the concrete. Junk is laying behind the grill and against the house. Huge ants were crawling and flying all over everything, including us! Hundreds of them were swimming in the pool! They made it nearly impossible for us to swim. Less than 24 hours after the pool man came, both filters were clogged with bugs and debris, etc. It desperately needs some kind of 24 hr vacuum system. Overall, the whole house is neglected.
