BRAND NEW SALT WATER POOL AND HEATED SPA!!!!

Welcome to the cozy little town of Vero Beach! This quiet little beach town is known for all the little treasures, you can walk to the beach, stop at an ice cream shop, shop at the boutiques, and enjoy the local cuisine. Relax in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with newly updated bathrooms and kitchen. Stay for a week, a month, or a season, this home is inviting and ready to be enjoyed.

Heating charges may apply for heating the pool/spa over the winter months.

The house is great! It’s thoughtfully set up for guests, with plenty of towels/linens and a fully stocked kitchen, making the stay easy and comfortable. Management was responsive and timely :) We really enjoyed our stay — only wished it was longer!

The house was large and well appointed with a beautiful master bath. The pool/spa area was very private with plenty of seating in the lanai. Lots of towels (bath and beach) were available. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of cookware, dishes, drinkware and utensils. My only gripe was that the dryer took forever to dry. Probably need to check the exterior exhaust lint trap.Nice location for visiting our daughter, son in law and two grandkids. Thanks for having us!

Perfect

This place had everything we needed! They thought about it all. They had a step stool in case you had little ones that needed to get to the counter tops. They had beach and pool toys. Chairs for the beach with wagon to put it all in. It had different types of coolers. Tons of dishes and cooking ware. They had bikes if you wanted to go for a little bike ride. Just bring your clothes and enjoy yourself. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were extremely nice.

Wonderful property, well appointed and one minor issue was resolved by the owner and real estate agent almost immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and the property is amazing.

Beautiful home

Overall we were happy with the home and pool. It is the only home we have stayed in where there was a daily charge for heating the pool. We paid it but I found that quite odd. It is in a nice neighborhood and is close to the beach. The pool heat charge is the only negative. Kitchen has everything needed for prepairing meals and there are ample towels, wash clothes, etc. Would recommend

Excellent and beyond

A well appointed abode, full of surprises and convenience for a holiday. Great pool and hot tub. The owners have put a great deal of thought into the decor and the place is delightful. We have been coming to this area for the last 20 years and this is the best yet! A big thank you to the owners.
