Parking was great. Need a light on the back steps, the motion light doesn't come on till you are already down the steps. Easy to find host was great.

Great location, plenty of parking. We stayed here for a week and a half. The house was perfect for 2 or 3 people. Neighborhood was quiet felt like our trucks were safe.

Stayed here for a month long job that I had in town and its was the perfect place for us... Nice and clean and convenient to where we were working... just perfect.

We arrived and checked in late as requested. Found home to be clean and very comfortable. No issues at all during stay. Nice location, easy access. Great restaurant down the street for breakfast.

Visited Monroe to tour Wingate U. Home was spotless and convenient to everything. Owner is very responsive to any issues that may arise. Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen for eating in.

less than what we expected

Poor maintenance was evident. TV's not working, dishwasher not working, poor selection of cooking items, but the biggest thing was mice feces in the under sink cabinet. Also had an open electrical box with wires showing directly above the shower unit in the one bath.

OMG! Dennis thanks for taking time to write a review. Although it is very surprising to get this kind of review from you after saying the place was beautiful, I will definitely review the cleaners and know what happened. I have taken pride in my 5star rating and appreciation from guest that appreciate hard work. But will not take it for granted, I will personal go and inspect the house my self. We sanitize and fumigate the home at every checkout so I am sure my house is safe. When I called to check on you, your only complain was one of the TV remote controls you could locate and the dishwasher which was switched off by the previous guest. My response is not to challenge you but to set things straight. Contentment is a great gain the holy book says. Thank you and God bless.

Lots of stuff that mattered.

* there was a virginal missing to the TV in one of the rooms. We were there 2 weeks. It was never replaced. *there is no cable. Only free Roku. *the garbage disposal doesn't work *the freezer does seal when closed so ise forms on l of your food. *no ice maker *the stone on the steps is slippery. My mother sprained her ankle. It's on video as they have outside cameras. I feel like the cheapest stuff was put in there. Won't book again.
