This welcoming retreat features 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk bed for the little ones. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries, linens and more, making you feel right at home. This home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Rocky River Estates. It features a two-car garage, 1 acre property with private and wooded backyard. Located within 10 mins of the Monroe Executive airport, 15 mins of Union Hospital and plenty of dining and restaurants nearby. Visit the charming and bustling down-towns of Monroe or Waxhaw for a local experience or play 18 rounds of golf at the nearby Stonebridge Golf course. The place is spacious and nicely kept. Some wear and tear but over all it’s a place you can rest and enjoy. The location was perfect. Close enough to where we needed to be but far enough that it was peaceful and relaxing. If I ever need to come back to this part of North Carolina, I trust I could stay here again. Perfect place !!

Although I am late in posting this review - I can’t say enough great things about this home & our stay. It was decorated with thoughtfulness. Everything you could need was already there. A nice quiet area and not crowded, but definitely in the country. It was perfect for us. I would recommend highly staying here if you need to be anywhere close to this location. I will keep it in mind if I have a need for company & visiting family.

Stay for family visit.

The property was nice and suited our needs well. There is a cute town not too far away. I liked the personal touch of a card, coffee pods and treats. Not a dealbreaker but the king bed is quite low to the ground, not visible in the photos; so not good for elderly or handicap. The queen bed was normal height though.
