Come stay at our 3-bedroom desert oasis highlighting a stunning pool and spa. Hot tub heating included. Free pool heating for guests returning to this home! Modern southwest design adds flair to this luxe, desert retreat surrounded by the desert`s charms. An equipped outdoor kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Accommodating 8, 5 separately, we ensure a comfortable stay for all. Our outdoor living space features a picnic table, two fire pits, and comfortable furniture to converse and relax.
*Base price is for 6 guests.
*Hot tub heat is included in the nightly rate. Free pool heating for return guests to this home. Please let us know if you have stayed here previously!
*Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property ($500 fine) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.
*We have security cameras in the front entry pointing toward the street and in the garage pointing toward the garage door for safety and security purposes. No cameras are in any living area, inside or out.
*Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool. We also have a state mandated, slider alarm to keep your children safe from the pool. There is a bypass to utilize so that you do not have to endure the very loud alarm. If you choose to turn the alarm off during your stay, you are doing so at your own risk. It should be turned back on after checking out. Thank you.
*Pool Heating Fees: The pool is heated by propane, which is very effective but expensive; therefore, there is a daily fee that we have to charge. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. We will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows:
• November 15th – March 15th : $125/day • March 15th – November 15th : $50/day • FREE POOL HEATING FOR RETURN GUESTS TO THIS HOME! Please let us know if you have stayed here previously!
YOUR INDOOR SPACE- Bedrooms: Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep five adults separately with our convertible king to 2 single beds configuration in the first guest room and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The primary offers a king bed with attached bath and the second guest room has a queen bed. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night`s sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have a TV so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities only. Make sure to sign out of your streaming apps at checkout.
Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, one attached to the primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.
Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Beautiful indoor and separate outdoor dishes are for your use as well as coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.
Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV.
YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE - POOL & HOT TUB: You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay. There is an extra fee for pool heat to cover the propane expenses. DINING TABLE: Outdoor dining table for 6. OUTDOOR LIVING: Double Eagle offers a lounging couch, tiled picnic table and complete outdoor kitchen with grill and refrigerator. VIEW: We have up front views of the desert that will not disappoint. Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.
PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.
Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

The Double Eagle is located in a quiet and safe community in Mesquite called Hayden Estates. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, the Double Eagle is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley.
If you are flying into town, renting a car from Vegas or St. George is a great option. There are also shuttle services that will drive you from the airport to Mesquite called St. George Shuttle or Salt Lake Express.
There are a couple of Uber drivers in town, but their availability is limited.

*Utilizing the framed QR code, please read all information about the pool and hot tub under the `accommodations` section of the online guidebook.
* By Nevada state law, we have to have a door alarm leading out to the pool. There is a bypass on the door that you can utilize as you go in and out. The alarm is VERY loud. Should you choose to take the battery out of the alarm, you do so at your own risk. If taken out, the batteries must be re-installed before you checkout Thank you.

* Please be courteous of neighbors.

If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. This is not a property for friends/team members to come and swim or use the hot tub. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guests from the property. * Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.
Pool & Hot Tub -
***** Showering before using the HOT TUB is a must. Lotions, sweat, dirt, hair, etc. have caused the hot tub to be shut down for the next guests as it has to be drained, re-treated, and re-heated. $300 fine if this should occur - $150 for tub restart and $150 for the next guest refund for lack hot tub availability for their stay. Thank you!

* NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside please. There are melanin dinnerware and glasses that can be used in the outdoor area. We want to ensure a safe walking space for bare feet.
*Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
*If young children are staying, please make sure the LOCK on the slider door is LOCKED at all times. There is an alarm with a bypass to ensure little ones safety The front door must be locked at all times as there is direct access to the pool. There is a locking gate for entry into the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all times for the safety of all. We also have a state mandated, slider alarm to keep your children safe from the pool. There is a bypass to utilize so that you do not have to endure the very loud alarm. If you choose to remove the batteries during your stay, you are doing so at your won risk. Batteries should be re-installed before checkout.
TVs - The TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to sign into your accounts for use during your stay, but remember to sign out and leave the remotes in plain view at checkout.
