Welcome to this Patio Villa in Sable Chase where you will be approximately 1.4 miles south of the popular Lake Sumter Landing. GAS GOLF CART IS INCLUDED. This Villa is super clean, newly furnished and provides 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a screened porch, side patio with a gas grill and 2 flat screen TV's. Cable and high speed internet are offered through Xfinity. This Villa is located near executive golf courses, pools, nature trails for walking/biking, recreation centers, neighborhood pools, family pools, sports pools, and hundreds of clubs. The Villages is a golf cart community and this home is located perfectly in the heart of it all with entertainment including nightly music, dining and grocery shopping all accessible by golf cart. Come see what all The Villages has to offer!
**Village IDs are not required for renters but if you want to enjoy all the amenities that the Villages have to offer then you can get 2 Villager's ID cards for a cost of $50. Please contact us directly as we will need to obtain information so it can be processed with the Villages. Your IDs will be available when you arrive. We will send you an acknowledgement when the ID cards are ready for your pick-up.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was really nice and clean. In a really good location for doing things. Cookware, silverware, and cutlery were good quality. If we come that direction again we'll stay at the same place. Ray H.

Beautiful home& Excellent location

Home came as advertised. Stacy was very helpful,albeit a little tardy with responses . Location was perfect for almost all amenities offered within The Villages
golf,great restaurants and proximity to shopping. We had a super stay and plan to rent again in the area.

Wonderful Stay

Hosts Stacy & Troy were great. They made the booking process a breeze, responding quickly and sharing helpful tips & recommendations. They even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The home is very nice. Up-to-date, spotlessly clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The location is convenient to anything you'd want to access in The Villages and is particularly close to Sumter Landing. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again!

Awesome Location!

This patio villa was perfect! I thought it might feel small, but no! It was perfect for the two of us. The tall ceilings and open feel made us feel right at home. The furniture was definitely chosen with comfort in mind. The king mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on, may be our next purchase for home. It was everything we needed. Highly recommended. Spotless and well appointed as well.

Family Reunion/Golf Trip (four rentals)

Everything was as advertised. The host was hospitable, easily accessible and responsive. We only had one problem during our stay. Something was wrong with the Xfinity service, so we could not access regular channels during much of our stay. The owner worked hard to fix it, but does not live in the area. Awesome Villa

We have stayed at various locations in The Villages and this was by far the best place we have stayed. It was very close to Lake Sumter Landing (5 minutes by golf cart) and multiple rec centers were close by as well as a few pools. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. This is the first place I have stayed where they left you extra trash bags and paper towels! Most places leave you one extra bag and whatever paper towels are out but this was well stocked. The golf cart was in excellent shape and was well equipped with lights, blinkers and a great speedometer/odometer. The only upgrade I would recommend is a place to mount your phone since most of us visitors need GPS and holding onto your phone can be a little dangerous! I highly recommend this Villa!!
