This Gulf-front 1-bedroom, 1-bath Phoenix East II condo sleeps six. Flat Screen Smart TV in the Living Room & a Second Flat Screen Smart TV located in the Bedroom for access to your streaming services or cable shows.

A Tropical vibe invites you into a living area that offers plenty of comfortable seating, including Bunk beds (Twin over Full), Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, and a swivel recliner to enjoy the Gulf Views from the indoors on a rainy or cool afternoon.

A fully equipped kitchen provides the ease of cooking, while the breakfast bar is the perfect spot for snacks. A nice table with 4 chairs will make family dinners fun. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your use.

The Bedroom has a King size bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with dual USB Chargers. Bathroom includes a Walk-In Shower (Installed December 2024) and also features a comfort height elongated bowl commode.

The balcony has ample seating that provides spectacular views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. As you sit on the balcony watching the Fishing Fleets on Perdido Pass and the dolphins playing in the Gulf Waters you will know that you have found the perfect spot for your long-awaited vacation.

Please Note: The Homeowners Association requires purchase of a parking pass through a third-party vendor. This is in addition to quoted fees and is due directly to HOA before arrival (Approximately $55 after tax and convenience fee beginning January 2025).

Well worth it

One of the best condos we have stayed in over the years. Everything was clean and plenty of room for a 1 bedroom. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Awesome spot with great views!!!

Condo was well kept and very clean! It was peaceful the entire time that we were there and the check in was simple.Plenty of places to shop and dine nearby with several of them a in walking distance.

We had a great time. Best time of year to go not crowded and weather was perfect. Condo was as pictured and nice. Only thing you need to watch is the white recliner by the balcony door. We called it the rodeo chair if you sit down too fast it will flip you over backwards. No injuries from it but we laughed a lot. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

We loved this condo. We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and neat, exactly like the pictures. The beach view was amazing! However, we did not realize there was absolutely no other TP or paper towels other than what was already on the roll. That was a problem! Other than that it was great. I would say if you’re planning to stay longer than a few days make sure you bring the essentials- TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc.

Check in was great. We actually had a person to check us in and that was pleasant. The first night there was some sort of disturbing metal fan like noise coming from in attic or somewhere outside the unit. The remaining nights it was not there. Thankfully! Overall this unit was clean and spacious for 2 people. Relaxing pool and Beach chair service were perfect. We had a most relaxing mini vacay!
