The Space:

Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in Spring 2026. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. Want some breathtaking views? Only need one bedroom? Only have four people? Answer yes to the above and this adorable one-bedroom condo is your new vacation spot in Orange Beach!



Located on Perdido Beach Blvd, Lei Lani Towers are located on the Gulf, not far from the Perdido Pass Bridge!! Enjoy the views from this fourth-floor condo!



This adorable condo has a king-size bed in the master suite with a flatscreen television. The sofa in the living area pulls out into a Queen-size bed, so the condo comfortably sleeps up to four people! The living area has a large flatscreen television, and you can face the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach! Free WiFi is also provided.



The kitchen is stocked with all the pots and pans you need whether you plan to dine in or carry out! Completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances!



The complex contains an indoor pool on the gulf side. The other side of the complex has tennis courts, two outdoor pools, BBQ area and a pier!

10 Year Anniversary Trip

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo at Lei Lani! Very clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is perfect for us, this is the second time we stayed here and we will always book this unit from now on!! Highly recommended to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

Enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach. It was a very cozy and friendly place. We had everything we needed and all the extras. Loved how easy the doors to the balcony opened. My 85 yr old mother had no problem opening them to sit on the balcony.

Condo was very nice and spacious. Perfect for the two of us. Only suggestion would be a larger table to eat at, especially if you have 4 people staying there. Kitchen was well equipped. Views are spectacular!

Relaxing little place

We really enjoyed our few days stay at this little one bedroom. It was just right for us and our two girls (11 & 6). The smell was a little odd when we first arrived but we kept the door to the balcony opened and enjoyed the view and sound of the waves!

Relaxing Time

Enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Love it overlooks the beach. Some things need replaced or updated in the condo. But I would stay here again.

Older property but clean and maintained. Great view with easy beach access. Perfect for us and our small children who slept on the pull out couch! We will outgrow this unit as a family but will definitely come back for a weekend away from the kids!

Weekend Get-away

We had a girls trip with our kids and the Lei Lani Mini-Tower was perfect. It's not on the beach, but the beach is very close. I liked the fact that there is a crosswalk very close to the driveway, making it easy to cross with children. Everything was just like it's pictured. Will definetly stay here again!!!!
