A great place for 10 of us to spend a long weekend in town for a Vanderbilt game (walking distance to stadium, about 20-25 minutes) and close enough to downtown for short Uber rides or using the city scooters. Lots of stairs but that wasn’t a problem. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Everything was in working order. Beautiful views from the rooftop!

Our group loved this property! It was spacious we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to uber into downtown within 10 minutes. Great place to stay

Family Wedding

We stayed for 4 nights with our group and it was a wonderful experience. We did do some cooking and smoke alarms went off and more sensitive but better that than not working. We should have started fan immediately but we were not used to that type of cooking equipment - it was very nice/modern. An all around good experience while we visited Nashville for son's wedding.

Heat is controlled by nest thermostat which wasn't easy to set to a cooler temp and it kept going back to a schedule that was too hot at night. Host would likely have helped but we kept forgetting to ask. :)

Great Nashville Trip

Stayed for one week with family from several parts of the country. BEAUTIFUL home and layout: perfect for groups. 2x garage spaces at the bottom of the unit. 7 mins to downtown and close to all Nashville has to offer. Rooftop is awesome: full views of the city skyline. We will be staying again!
