This is smoke free home.

There are 2 sets of linens for each bed, located in each bedroom. The sizes are labelled on the tags. Towels are also in each bedroom for the adjoining bathrooms. Please use only “HE” (high efficiency) soap in the washing machine.
There are keypads for the front door and the garage door. Contact us prior to check-in.
If, on arrival, you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, the pool, or the grounds, contact us immediately.
The pool is cleaned each Friday. The grounds keeper will be around every Thursday. .
Garbage day is Wednesday. Please, securely wrap garbage and cover cans tightly. Place the cans on the side of the house where the A/C and pool equipment is. Garbage cannot be placed on the curb before Tuesday night. (Many guests leave on Saturday)
There are two Kayaks available for your use.
