Belle maison 2BR 2BA avec piscine privée et jacuzzi

Notre maison est située dans la partie nord de l'ßle, à environ 8 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Siesta Key et Siesta Village. Dans cette zone, vous ne trouvez que des maisons privées, entourées d'une végétation tropicale luxuriante.

Vous trouverez des appareils modernes et tout ce que vous attendez d'une cuisine bien équipée, e. g. cuisiniÚre, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, mixeur, cafetiÚre, poubelle, etc. Dans la buanderie il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size (les deux sont Stearns & Foster).

La maison est récemment meublée et trÚs confortable et est bien équipée avec des draps et des serviettes. Apportez simplement vos objets personnels. Il a également une table de billard pleine grandeur, ce qui est idéal si vous avez un jour de pluie.

Attaché à l'avant de la maison est votre trÚs privé, projeté dans la terrasse de la piscine .. Le mobilier de jardin comprend un bar / table avec 6 chaises.


La deuxiÚme histoire est totalement indépendante de la premiÚre et c'est là que résident Kevin et Laurel.

Une courte promenade vous amÚne à Siesta Village. Les magasins y répondront à tous vos besoins de vacances: maillots de bain, sandales et cadeaux, nourriture et boissons. Nous avons un large éventail de restaurants à choisir sur Siesta Key.

We loved this rental and Siesta Key! It was a little far for us to walk in the unbearable heat to the beach but I'm sure it's an enjoyable walk when it's not 100 degrees heat index. The owners were so friendly and helpful, and we had no issues whatsoever. The rental had everything we needed (including alllll the things for the beach- tent, chairs, chart, toys, etc.) and the house had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool (they used it every day) and the pool table was a fun bonus! The town was so fun and offered many places to eat & shop. Olaf ice cream shop was a favorite! We will definitely be back to Siesta Key in the future! Thanks so much for your hospitality, Laurel & Kevin! :)

Limited air-conditioning

My friend and I booked this space for a girls weekend. Upon entering the the property it smelled a bit musty. As we looked around we noticed one wall air-conditioning unit and one window unit. The property list air-conditioning. After about an hour we decided to reach VRBO about a refund. They contacted the owner who came down and spoke with us. After about another hour we decided we would not stay and the owner was kind enough to authorize VRBO to refund our money. The owner was pleasant and we felt bad but with the very hot and humid temps in Florida in late July we knew the bedroom with no air and the bathrooms with no air were going to be unbearable. We are thankful that the owner was understanding.

I don’t know we’re to start everything was clean so stocked with anything you need. So much new stuff towels silverware dishes pots massaging chair. So many towels hand towels. Highly recommend just bring food. It was a wonderful week highly recommend. Thank you for everything Mike and Kathy

Relaxing few days away from home

We booked just a few short weeks prior to arrival and the owners were absolutely amazing to work with. Upon arrival check in was easy and the property was clean. We had all the things needed for our stay away from home. We will definitely be recommending this property to those who plan to visit Siesta Key in the future.

Great Vacation

We had an amazing time. The 3 kids(8,6,and 3) all had a great time. They loved just hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Very short walk into the downtown area. Walked to siesta key beach a couple of times and it’s a very nice walk there. House was awesome and the owners are super nice.

Pleasant experience

The hosts Laurel and Kevin are the best. Quick to address any questions or needs you might have come up. They are still doing repairs from the hurricane but mainly on outside property nothing that effected our stay. A very quiet area.

Great first time to Siesta Key!

Loved staying here. Tons of room. The owners were very nice & accommodating. Loved the pool & hot tub. Tons of towels, chairs, umbrellas & boogey boards. Plus, the cart was an added bonus. Made going to the beach so much easier. We will definitely stay again!

Siesta Key delight

We stayed at Calle de Peru in Siesta Key village for 2 months and had a wonderful experience the property is the bottom half of a house and fit all our needs and desires We enjoyed our time and found the location perfect for us as we could walk to the beach and also walk into the village whenever we wanted. Kevin and Laurel are excellent hosts and were responsive to our needs. We will come back to this property in the future and are looking forward to another stay at Calle de Peru.

Great location!

It was very convenient to the beach, great for running/walking/biking and to restaurants. Primary bed was very comfortable! Kitchen fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots, etc.

Nice place

The kitchen was well stocked and they had an abundance of bedding and towels. Lots of beach chairs and a wagon.The hot tub was the best part of this property. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool at all because the water was too cold to get in. Beware the “3rd” bedroom is not a Murphy bed it is a mattress you take out of a drawer and throw on the floor in the living room. That was extremely disappointing. There were a couple non-working items and the pool table was fun but not in great shape. Short walk to the Village.

This place has everything you need

Kevin and his wife were amazing. Our trip in paradise was unfortunately cut short Due to a family emergency and they were understanding and helpful. The short time we were there we enjoyed The pool and hot tub. The updates are really nice as well. We hope to visit again soon

Ideal family getaway

The house is just what we hoped for. Walking distance to the beaches and to shops and restaurants. Quiet street, easy parking. The pool and hot tub are a bonus, especially on a rainy afternoon. We will definitely consider booking again for a future visit to the area!

Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family of four and there was room to spare. There were so many extras like beach chairs and a wagon and tons of beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need. And the owners are lovely. We will be back!

Relaxing vacation

The space was clean and nice with plenty of room for my fiance and I. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance of the beach and downtown Siesta Key. The owners were incredibly nice and gave us plenty of space. I would highly recommend staying here and we are planning on coming back!

Overall reasonable stay

Overall it was a good experience. The ice machine in frig was not working properly but owners provided ice. Parking was a little difficult for my Tahoe. Some of pool floats needed to be replaced. We could not use available wagon to haul stuff to beach, it needs to be replaced. Beds were great, to well supply was great. TV's were a little difficult to use. Batteries on remotes were dead. Bathrooms were good. Pool table was nice extra touch.
