Once you enter you have a very bright and open living room with plenty of room for relaxing and watching TV on the 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room. There is also an XBOX Series X, however it is not set up because I don’t know how. Please feel free to set it up. Take a moment to enjoy the relaxing private atrium and sit on the 2-person swing chair.

The house includes a completely remodeled kitchen with all new cabinets, granite, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving with three bar seats and eight-person dining table. Also includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

This one-story house has 4 bedrooms, master bedroom king bed and private bathroom with large shower; one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a full bed; and the 4th bedroom with queen bunk beds. All bedrooms have a TV. The second bathroom is in the hallway and has a bathtub with shower.

Head outside and enjoy the resort backyard including a heated pool, BBQ, covered patio with 6-person outdoor dining table, pool chairs, patio chairs, tables, and cornhole. Relax by the heated pool and catch some Scottsdale sun! The outdoor lounge furniture is comfy and great for hanging-out. The outdoor seating area in front of the beautiful Wild Rose desert mural is a perfect photo opportunity. The backyard has a great covered patio with a 6-person dining table and a cornhole set which can be set up anywhere. Then head to the garage and enjoy a game of ping pong, or the Arcade1up XL Pac-Man, or watch the 65” screen TV in the garage. In the hall cabinets, there is a poker set and board games that fun for all ages.
