Condo de coin Villas # 107 - Morris

Ce condo de trois chambres à coucher et deux salles de bains est une unité de coin située à l’arrière du complexe. À l'entrée de ce condo, vous vous retrouverez dans la chambre principale, dotée d'un lit queen-size et d'une salle de bain privée complète. Si vous arrivez au salon principal, vous arrivez dans la salle à manger qui se trouve juste à côté de la cuisine bien équipée. Le salon a beaucoup de lumière et des sièges, il dispose d'une grande cheminée en pierre. Il y a un accès au pont par une porte coulissante en verre. Idéal pour se détendre ou faire un barbecue avec votre groupe. Il y a Wifi et câble dans l'unité. L'étage inférieur contient les deux chambres d'amis. Les deux ont deux ensembles de lits jumeaux. La buanderie à ce niveau ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète partagée. Les installations du propriétaire à la maison comprenaient une piscine, un club-house, deux saunas avec salles de bains, des courts de tennis et un terrain de beach-volley (ouvert uniquement en été). Fermer excellente randonnée, plages publiques, pistes cyclables et de Tahoe City pour manger, shopping et de divertissement. En hiver, les stations de ski de Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows et Homewood sont rapidement accessibles en voiture.

North Tahoe Getaway

The property was as described. Kitchen and bathrooms were adequately stocked. Great location — close to both Tahoe City and Kings Beach area. Loved the pool!

Our experience was very disappointing. The cabin was dirty, had a bad smell, and was not well equipped. On top of that, we never received the check-in email, so communication was terrible. Because we never got the access code, we were forced to book a hotel for the first night with kids and my old parents. The place looks nothing like the photos advertised. Definitely not what we expected.

Too many stairs

Hard to find in the complex. Too many stairs both up to the unit and inside. Condition rundown. Very dark and cold inside. We,re two fit 80 year olds and very difficult to navigate with luggage.

It wws overall a very cute place. Only a couple issues, one being one of the downstair bedrooms blinds were broken so we had to rig it up to block the light from the very long window. Another issue was there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the entire house and no trash bags to replace the ones when we dumped them. So I had to have my husband go purchase some in order for us to have anything during our 3 night stay. I would rent it again though, overall it was a nice experience and much more reasonable vs a hotel

The communication with the property representative is very helpful and accommodating. Cabin is nice and well equipped with basic things you need for your stay such as extra heater, warmers, kitchen stuff, entertainment, etc. Location is pretty close to he restaurants, stores, attractions. If you’re going to be out exploring the lake and surrounding areas then this is the place for you to sleep/rest before you head out and do it again. Good stay!

This is a good vacation home clean and comfortable. I would ssay that if you have any issues with walking or steps this is not the house for you. The house is located on side of a hill, steps into the condo then steep steps leading onto the main leaving area, we thought the main bedroom and main leaving area where on one. I would also say the outside steps and deck should be replaced, many steps were loose and boards with screws sticking up. But overall this is a nice home. we even had a bear baw on my car one morning :)

Nice family lodging close to lake and other attractions

Good time with comfortable kitchen/living room area. Kitchen nicely supplied. Needs an updated single cup coffee maker. Hard to locate unit since numbering isn’t completely sequential. Downstairs shower door track needs cleaning on the inside when door is closed. Upstairs toilet seat broke on first sit down. Shower head leaks. Hot water is scalding hot. Loud bathroom fans and squeaky floors make nighttime bathroom trips noisy enough to wake others. We host international guests so always appreciate their comments.
