Super cute, pet friendly, upstairs home. The husband and I were very pleased to find this last minute place to break up our drive home on a holiday weekend. Loved the decor! Very convenient walk to Forsyth Park. Like other reviewers we found the initial impression of the neighborhood to be sketchy but we did not need to be concerned in the least. A number of properties have obviously been updated while many other homes and businesses could still use some work. Considering the historic nature of the area and recent hurricane damage, I was surprised there were not more places in disrepair. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Savannah!

Great place! The interior is spacious and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The balcony is a nice bonus and the weather was great during our stay. The location is walking distance to Forsyth Park but the neighborhood was a little run down. We always felt safe so no real issue for us.

The house was inviting. Like some other reviews, the location seemed a little uninviting as we pulled up, but we were ended up being very happy with the area, and proximity to the park and things we were interested in.

I don’t know


SV seems to be undergoing some significant gentrification like many growing economic thruways, this property was on the line. Didn’t feel unsafe at all just normal city “guardness”, been to SV many times over many years. Overall comfortable space.

Cute, comfortable and clean

This is an adorable property with lots of personality. The street it’s on looks a little sketchy but it’s actually pretty sleepy and typical for the historic district. Communication was great. Bed was comfy. Zero complaints.

Place was older but updated cute, clean, and spacious. However the location was not the nicest. If it was a girls trip I’d be concerned staying at this location, but with my boyfriend it was fine. Quick drive or uber to downtown Savannah. Overall would definitely recommend!

Super cute upstairs Apartment close to park

Loved the master bedroom decor! Thankful for the fans. Loved the upstairs balcony and swing. And loved that you are dog friendly. Easy check in and check out. We walked to the park which was beautiful.

Visiting my SCAD Student

Attentive host with quick response time. Clean house with a groovy look and comfy feel. Could use some fine touches on things such as doors, and blinds. Would also benefit from some dusting. Modern appliances, and is equipped with everything you need to stay. Outside looks sketchy, however everyone in the neighborhood kept to themselves. The balcony off the main room is charming.

Fantastic Property!

We had a great time at this property! A short walk to Forsyth Park, super clean and well decorated place to stay-particularly loved feeling fancy in the main bedroom with it's chandelier and canopy! The owner was very kind and communicative. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Savannah!

Quick Stop

Wife and I stopped here on our East Coast road trip. Great place with large beds, few short blocks to Forsyth Park to stretch the legs. Overall a great experience.

Lovely, large, quiet,very clean and interesting listing

We were a bit apprehensive upon arrival as the neighborhood was not what we are used to. But after a bit, we realized that this is a transitional neighborhood, and there are many VRBO's close by, and a daycare center across the street. We were hoping to walk to the park, but thought better of that and took a car when we explored. We were unable to get in contact with the owner and were directed to the owners representative. All in all a good stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Owners checked in with me before, during, and after making sure all things were going well. Being an older building, the place was clean. Beds made hotel style. Enough towels were provided along with a hair dryer that we used. Everything inside was great. Enjoyed the decor. Only cons or warnings for future stayers: the suite below has a dog with a loud bark (seemed intermittent when there were new sounds for the dog), located between two busy roads to which at night can hear the traffic passing, sirens, people yelling, etc. The next door building is abandoned (did not see/hear any activity inside, but worth noting). It may have been due to the rainy, muggy weather and the place being older to where when we entered to go up the stairs there was a mildew/musty smell. Those "cons" did not cause a negative impact on our trip. If this rental was in a different area of town, I would stay again.
