Farmhouse Unique Country Setting

Our unique farmhouse is located in the heart of Tuscarawas County. We have over 100 acres behind the house with mowed hiking trails and breathtaking views. We are within minutes of many local golf courses, Amish Country, Horseback riding, Warther’s Museum, Zoar village, Tuscora Park, Hiking and Biking trails, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Atwood Lake, Schoenbrunn Village, Trumpet in the Land, shopping, restaurants and many Wedding Barns. Several wedding barns are within minutes of the farmhouse.

The house is perfect for 2-8 people. The pool is available the majority of the time.

We are happy to help with any information needed to make your stay more comfortable. We live on the property in the house next door and my parents live next door also. The farmhouse is located beside our big barn so you may see us feeding the Beagles, horses, rabbits, ducks and chickens.

We are 3 miles from downtown New Philadelphia as well as downtown Dover. Most people from out of town have rented a car. There are many excellent local restaurants and coffee shops within a half mile to five miles. We have 100 plus acres behind the house with mowed hiking trails.

Verizon is our cell service. Mobile and AT&T and Sprint work a little bit. We do have strong wifi.

Renting a car. There is a local taxi service that is new in the area. It is a call ahead of time service.

It is a family atmosphere.
When checking out we ask that you strip the beds. Put all towels in the bathtub. Start the dishwasher and bag trash.

This stay was absolutely amazing. There was 7 of us 5 adults and 2 kiddos; this was the perfect place to stay! We had so much fun! The animals were so fun to watch, the house was very comfortable and it was all around a fantastic trip! We even found the perfect spot to do family photos and hike for a beautiful view!! We can’t wait to come back!

Cute location for a girls night!

I stayed with friends at the end of October. The house was so comfortable and the scenery was great! So nice to have morning coffee in the patio and watch the chickens and horses!

We had an amazing stay. The house was unique and spacious, with a lot of great ameneties. We were in town for a mountain bike race. My 15-year-old and I stayed along with one of his teammates and his parents, and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Nice Getaway in the Countryside

We enjoyed our stay at this old farmhouse, where we stayed 2 nights with friends. We had everything we needed, and ate dinner the first night at nearby Point Dining, which was very good. We were delighted to watch the goats, chickens, ducks, and other farm animals.

Magical property

The farmhouse is nestled among a menagerie of the sweetest farm animals. The owners live down the lane and are genuine and kind. Loved having a livingroom to chat with the other adults at night- plenty of space!
