Would not recommend & not smoke-free

We arrived at the flat and it was clear it had been smoked in (the couch smelled and the living room stank of smoke). Very unpleasant and worrying especially given we were travelling with a 3-months old baby. We considered leaving but decided to stay as the team were responsive when we asked for an air purifier. Overall the flat is ok, its not great value for money though, its possible to find more for less money. I would not recommend it.

Nice Place to Stay But We Had Some Avoidable Issued

The location was nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Accessing downtown and the Lake was simple with nearby trams and walking. But when we checked in there was still damp laundry in the dryer. It wasn’t until we went to bed that we recognized there was no bedding on the bed and what was in the dryer needed to be dried and the bed made. The apartment had a wine refrigerator so we decided to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy when we returned to the apartment. But upon returning we discovered no wine opener. We contacted the host and they told us to buy an opener and they would reimburse us for the cost, or they would have one delivered. We asked them to deliver one. Unfortunately, they informed us they could not deliver until the next day, which was fine with us. The next day came and went with no wine opener delivered. So we found and neighbor and they kindly solved the problem for us.

Nice unit and pleasant area. Apartment was easy to access and very quiet. Just a short walk to and from the train stop and helpful to know we used #13 train to and from downtown ZĂŒrich.
