If youâre looking for an unforgettable sensory adventure, this is the place for you. The location alone will keep you on edge, and the apartment complex offers an immersive experience in urban decay. The elevator is particularly impressive â each ride comes with a unique new scent, like a surprise gift you never wanted. The view from the unit is spectacular: you can gaze upon a pool thatâs been lovingly cultivated into an algae-filled lagoon, a true study in sludge-green minimalism. Inside, the unit itself is perfectly serviceable⊠if you can overlook the permanent perfume of 5,000 cigarettes smoked in solitary confinement.Overall, a stay here offers a one-of-a-kind combination of ominous atmosphere, bold aromas, and creative interpretations of cleanliness. Truly an experience you wonât forget â no matter how hard you try.
TV remotes didnât work for either TV, TVs need updated. Blind leading out to the patio was broke, missing blinds so people could see in. Patio door didnât lock. Rug in the bedroom was curled up so you would trip on it. Overall for the price, excellent stay
My teen daughter and I stayed here for a few nights. We had a rocky start to our stay. We came in after midnight, super tired and could not find the white parking pass. Had to download a parking app and park on the street for the night. Set an alarm for early in the AM with hopes that I would hear from the manager about parking and be able to move the car before having to pay for parking at 8am. Thankfully, I did hear from the manager in time. She told me that the parking pass was not needed and that the gates are open. Would have been nice to know that in the check-in email. Next, we couldn't find the towels. After checking all the closets and drawers in the apartment, we looked under the sink and there they were. The listing says it sleeps 3 people. But with no pictures of the sleeping arrangements in the listing, we trusted that this was the case and there would be at least 2 beds. There is only 1 Double (maybe queen?) bed in the apartment. The couch does not turn into a bed is not very comfortable to sleep on. Thankfully I brought travel sheets because there are no extra linens to even attempt to make the couch comfortable for the 3rd person. And there were only 2 towels under the sink. This property should be listed for 2 people only. There is a faint smokey smell that is coming from the air duct heating system. Note - the phone number listed is incorrect. VRBO had to give me the correct phone number for the manager. She did respond quickly.
The place was great. Unit 314. There were many tripping hazard and broken furniture and appliance. The bathtub didnât have a drain plug. When planning on sleeping, well donât, the blinds are missing many slats, so all night bright lights in the studio. We asked for a late check out, which they granted, but we were awake most of the night and sleep deprived, so we left at the owners check out time. We jumped st didnât want to spend anymore time there. Very disappointing
We liked the location, downtown St. Louis. The instructions to gain access was overly detailed and complicated. There was no gate card ever found. We could not get either of the tvs to come on.
oaid for parkingFrida and Saturday.
Decent little place good enough for what I needed. Parking is âgatedâ but gate was broken and open the entire time and the parking area for the complex was very small and hard to maneuver. The place had a very odd smell to it that made it very old and stuffy feeling. The bed was very hard and the pillows were not the best either but for a couple night stay it was alright. Close to everything so we were able to walk everywhere
Perfect location to walk to the Americas Center Dome for a concert. Fun bars/restaurants along the way. Access into building was great and parking was convenient.
