George was great to respond to questions, I would definitely stay at the location again. Everything went smooth with the arrival and the departure. Our visit was great and worry free.

Was just what we needed for the price point for our trip. A little hard to figure out where the apartment was but the parking was pretty easy for street parking, everything went super smooth.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a group of friends birthdays while going to a Cardinals game and hanging out in the Soulard area. My friends and I love the Soulard area and all it has to offer as well as being so close to other attractions. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly and we will definitely be back!!

Very clean and cozy. I would stay again!!! Only complaint is parking isn't ideal. Not property owners fault but I would be sure to search area and know your surroundings before travel to avoid confusion at time of arrival. Other than that, 5 stars for sure!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! Location was convenient and interior was very nice and clean. Kitchen had lots of staples that made things easy. Great AC for hot St Louis weekend!

Great location!

This was a great location for a relaxing couple days in STL! Walkable to some great local places. I shared with the host a couple things I was concerned with; they were receptive and reassuring that the couple things will be resolved. I will absolutely plan to stay here again!

Conveniently located and easy to access. It was clean and very simple. We had a bit of trouble the next day with one of our group being sick, the host was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here. The property host George was responsive to any questions I had. Quickly found street parking and navigated our way to the apartment. Overall it was a great place to stay for the night and met all our needs. Thank you!

St Louis on the way to Kansas

Very cool location In a historic neighborhood. Lots happening but low-key. Neat apartment group ina cluster on back buildings. Functional apartment. Great over night stay.

It was sufficient; great location. For the price it worked out. Could use some TLC all over. Wouldn’t call it spotless; it’s been well used. Could really use a deep cleaning. And new blinds in the kitchen. Don’t regret booking but probably wouldn’t return.

We were just passing through Saint Louis and wanted to go to the Arch. Prices downtown were 500 and up. Found George's place and the price was right. Not going to lie, the drive in that WAZE took us had me thinking twice. But the Soulard neighborhood was very nice. An old New Orleans style and look. There were many restaurants and people out walking. Golf carts riding around. The apartment can use some work. But for us it worked out just right. George was great with communicating to us and allowed us to check in early so we could get to the Arch in time for our trip to the top. I would stay here again and have more days for exploring. While we were leaving we drove past a large Farmers Market that would have been nice to walk around. Next time.

Spectacular location

We loved the neighborhood this rental was in. The apartment itself was a little lacking in cleanliness and and condition of the building itself. But for the price and convenience we paid, I wasnt expecting the four seasons. Fair value overall.
