Brand new construction! King bed in two rooms, each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Twin beds in both secondary bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.

You will receive a 4-digit guest access code before your arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms (two with king beds and two with twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, backyard, patio, and garage. This home was exceedingly clean and well kept. It was very comfortable and all the details were thought of and provided. We loved the location as Baylor Parents. It was close enough to all the action but far enough away from the chaos to provide a little escape. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

House was beautiful and loaded with amenities. Very nice stay and will stay here again. Neighborhood is starting to improve with several very nice houses surrounding the property. We felt very comfortable and safe at this property and enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend! I’m telling all my friend’s who visit Waco and Baylor to stay here! The beautiful house and all furnishings were fresh and very clean. Beds are comfy. Nice street and neighborhood and conveniently located across from the zoo. Wish we could have stayed longer but only in town for one night. Host also promptly responds to messages!
