Brand new construction! King bed in each room, each room has their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.

Other things to note:
Front porch with seating as well as a 2 car garage and fenced-in backyard with a gas firepit.

Very clean and great location—near the Silos and great food options and coffee nearby. Host was very helpful with any questions we had and would happily recommend to others for a nice stay in Waco.

This house was great for the family with an open living/dining/kitchen space. We especially loved that each bedroom had their own ensuite full bath. The house provided everything we needed and more, in a quiet neighborhood. The fire pit and chairs in the fenced backyard was a nice addition. We arrived a day early and the host was quickly responsive and helped us extend our booking. We highly recommend this property.

This was our third stay at the White Retreat and we will stay here again the next time we visit Waco!The en-suite bedrooms are comfortable and the bed linens and towels are soft. The living room is a great gathering space and the kitchen is well appointed. We appreciate getting to park in the garage to keep the car out of the Texas heat. Communication with the host is excellent.

Perfect place for our girls' trip! Beds are super comfy, the place is updated-like brand new, clean, and the sitting area is great for wine and chats! Overall, a perfect place for a stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This house has a wonderful layout. Each bedroom has an en-suite and closet. The kitchen is well appointed and the living room furniture is comfortable. It’s a great location in Waco, close to the zoo, downtown and Baylor University. We enjoyed it so much we booked it again for next month!

The house looked brand new and was in immaculate condition. Everything was clean and worked perfectly for us. The beds were very comfortable. We loved our short stay at this house and will definitely book here again the next time we travel to Waco.

The pictures on the website correspond to the house on site and when you enter the house, you feel at home.The house has a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room, 3 beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a laundry room and direct access to the garage. It is also located in a quiet residential area and you can be in the centre of Waco in 5 minutes by car.If you want to go on holiday in Waco, we recommend this house with all the amenities it offers.

Great stay - perfect house

Very clean, well stocked home. Definitely will stay again if ever works out. We stayed for Baylor graduation. Each of the three bedrooms has its on in suite bath. Very comfortable home to stay in. Everyone loved the home, comfortable king beds.

Nice Relaxing getaway

Everything about this property is top notch. Just walking through the front door when we arrived, it felt like home away from home. Very clean, welcoming and accommodating. Every bedroom has a bathroom and this worked out well for me and my family with quick turn around showering and getting ready for events. My daughter will be attending school here for the next 3 years which means our family will be visiting waco quite a bit. This property will definitely be home for us every time we are in town. The host was very friendly, courteous and prompt in responding to our messages and needs. The location of the property was also a plus. Very close to baylor campus and the highway. I wish we could stay longer. Looking forward to next time.

Highly recommend this great house!

We had a very comfortable stay here at The White Retreat. It is so clean and in perfect order. The location is great. It was very new, well stocked, nice and quiet, and close to all the Waco attractions we enjoyed. The three king bedrooms were perfect for our group. We can’t wait to book this home again!
