Mom's 93 birthday

We had a great time celebrating mom. We were able to make homemade (her favorite) cookies and a birthday cake. She was thrilled! All because of the kitchen supplies in our VRBO. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Comforting and Comfortable

Came to the Woodlands to visit a sick friend in the hospital there. The property manager was empathetic and responsive. Allowed us another hour to check out due to storms in the area. Manager is very good to work with. We felt good to have such a nice, comfortable place to stay during an otherwise trying time.

Beautiful, comfortable place!

The night we arrived it was dark, we weren’t familiar with the numbering of units, we kept walking by the unit. An outside light would have been helpful. At times communication was challenging with host as they were slow to reply. Beyond that it was beautiful and as described

Mixed Bag

Pros: More than enough space for two people. Unit was close to parking lot. Only heard neighbors through the wall once. Cons: Check in info was not timely. Host response time through Vrbo was not timely. Towels were very linty. Apt complex guest WiFi was very poor. AT&T cell service was very poor.

Beautiful unit on resort-like property

This apartment is a lovely ground-unit next to the gorgeous community pool. Nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, just as shown in photos. The automated vrbo emails didn’t contain the information needed for check in, gated access parking, WiFi, departure tasks, so we had to reach out to the owner directly a couple times. Response time was exceptionally quick so we got the necessary information timely and it was not a problem. We did arrive in the dark after flying all day and would have appreciated an outdoor light to more easily find the unit number and see the lockbox numbers next to our door. There’s a nice walking path behind the other buildings and a well appointed fitness studio— we used both. An excellent overall experience. Thank you!

Disappointing-Couldnt Afford to Leave and Stay Elsewhere

We arrived at the apartment between 3 and 4 in the afternoon on the day of checkin. At first glance apartment looked clean and like pictures. No concerns. Unpacked everything and left about 30 minutes later to do what we had planned for the evening. We arrived back to the apartment about 10pm or so that evening. The switch to the living room overhead light did not turn a light on. We struggled to locate a switch for kitchen in dark. When turned on i saw two bugs out of the corner of my eye in the sink. I asked my husband what that was and ran around to that side of sink. There were two roaches in the sink that he flushed down before i could get to them to kill. I found another crawling on bathroom floor and one dead on bedroom floor. I the next morning found another dead on bedroom floor. Mesaged host who wanted pictures. I use app and had no way to swnd photos. Tried to reapond to email and asked how to send. I purchased bait amd spray and put down that evening. Every morning and night when left and came back saw more baby ones which means tjere is a nest somewhere. For me roaches are a horror and total no go. I pray they ate not coming home with me. I will be extremely upset. It will be costly if we get them due to this. I eventually deleted app and went online and sent photos asking if there was anothery property we could stay at. I received no message back. This was a working family trip so only there at night. HORRIFIED AND UNHAPPY
