We are less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin and 15 minutes from the Domain which features a great selection of shopping, restaurants and entertainment options to enjoy.

Communication prior to stay could have been better but immediately prior to stay communication was good. Sofas were very comfortable & perfect for tv binging. We all had allergy problems when AC or heat was operating. Kitchen was appreciated altho the knives were unable to tackle Thanksgiving turkey. Master bedroom toilet struggled at flushing. Lawn was not mowed before or during two week stay. appreciated spices & coffee k-cups. This rental is far better than camping, glamping or hotel/motel and appropriately priced & marketed fairly. Garage has ping pong, foos ball & bball. Kitchen counter stools should not be used by anyone of any age.

Beds were great and we had plenty of space for my family of 5. No one had to share a bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. Checking out was the easiest house I’ve ever left. We have never been asked to only take our personal belongings. I even reached out to be sure we didn’t need to do anything.

Bathrooms were not clean, dirty toilets mold around bath tubs with rust stains. Bath mats had to be removed. Too dirty to step on. Not enough towels. Iron left on. Kitchen missing a drawer front. Stuck on food in sink. Wasp hives and wasps above front door entrance. 2 got in the house. Something sticky under the cutting board that stained the counter. We tried to clean it. We did not do this. No big trash can so we used the recycling that had really bad smelly trash left in it. Great living area and TV. Nice big master suite. Host very responsive. Great area. Nice game room converted garage. Just really needs a big cleaning. And wasp removal.

Front and back needing mowing. TV in living room would not access netw; did not have any cable for hookup;email the host several times with the problem. Problem was never resolved. Did not have enough towels for 8 guests; upstairs toilets were terribly stained. Great location for me but will not be using Vrbo again unless I can get better reports.

Great location and price

This house had plenty of room for a family of 6, and was conveniently located in Cedar Park. Host was accommodating and communication was great. The kitchen and other amenities were well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Concert in March

Perfect location for a concert at the HEB Center, it was about a 10-minute drive. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of good restaurants and farmers markets nearby. The traffic in the area was pleasant and never on the heavy side. We enjoyed the game room in the garage.

Weekend getaway with friends

This house is great for a family and friend’s getaway. We stayed for the weekend and had reservations for the Austin Steam train ride, but unfortunately they canceled because of cold weather. Good location close to Cedar Park. Host response was very pleasant.

Nice Texas Stay

Visited for 2 nights while helping a family member move back to Arizona. Home makes you feel so welcome the moment you walk in the front door. (It did feel musty at first, likely due to not being used daily and the humidity in the area. We just let it air out that evening and it was fine after that.) House was very spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. Decorated nicely and liked having books around. Living room space was perfect for watching the Super Bowl on a nice, big screen tv. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need if you plan on cooking. Keurig was great and included various coffee and tea pods. Master bedroom is huge! Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, with extras in the linen closet. Toiletries available - different types and brands including used bar soaps - which we did not use. Basket of assorted toiletries and makeup remover cloths was in the master bath - what a thoughtful touch! Only small issue was the hot water poured out warm in guest bath. Back yard is good sized. Nice little patio. Noticed a possum up on the tree and a few cats hanging around which might account for messy patio chairs - hard to control that. Driveway will easily park 2-3 vehicles. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. If you need groceries and supplies, check out the nearby H.E.B. - one of the best grocery stores ever! Host was VERY responsive and SUPER nice. We thank you for your hospitality.
