Take in the sights and sounds of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico from the sixth floor of the Tidewater Beach Resort! This condo is stunningly positioned to overlook the white sand, with a private balcony and dazzling views of the west coast of Panama City Beach. On the grounds of this beachfront property, you'll be treated to beautiful amenities that include 600 feet of white sand beach, multiple pools, including a seasonal poolside tropical bar, hot tubs, a seasonal kids' club, a theater, a game room, and a beautifully equipped fitness center with a steam room and sauna. Reservations between March and October include beach service.

This Gulf-front resort sits right on the sand on the west side of Panama City Beach, with Pier Park, home to 124 stores, excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, and all sorts of other entertainment, less than a mile east. You can stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier, less than a mile away, mingle with dolphins at Gulf World, one mile east, or take the family to cool off at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, four miles east.

Things to Know
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
