Ideal 30A location in Seacrest. Off the Clock is located directly on 30A and just a two minute walk to the white sands of a quiet beach without crowds! This gorgeous home is near Camp Creek in Eastern Seagrove just past Watersound conveniently located in between the charming beach town of Alys Beach and The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub). We are a stone's throw from the Prominence area but better because you won't have the long walk from Prominence to the beach.
Off the Clock is an easy walk to family entertainment, dining, bike rentals, and more! No need for a golf cart or a crowded beach shuttle! Discounted bike rental to guests.

As you enter the door you are greeted by a bright space with white shiplap and high ceilings that accentuate the spaciousness of the open floor plan with white oak wood plank flooring throughout the home. The stylish gourmet kitchen is well equipped with Viking stainless steel appliances including a gas range and is stocked with all the essential kitchen appliances and mixology instruments to keep the easy breezy vacation vibes flowing. Counter seating for three at the waterfall edge honed white macabus granite counter in addition to seating for six in an inviting dining area bathed in natural light. Notice the attention to details you will not see in other typical beach rentals such as antique doors and designer lighting and decor.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed and luxury bedding, one full bathroom and one unique half bathroom along with full sized laundry concealed by a custom pecky wood cypress sliding barn door. Off the Clock is the perfect escape as you can work remotely with a custom desk on the first floor with large TV/monitor.
From the main floor, you enter the fulled fenced and completely private backyard oasis. Feel free to wash away the sand away from your toes, park your bikes and put up your kayaks before entering the pool area. Off the Clock boasts a large salt water pool that can be heated on those chilly Florida nights. The pool is equipped with a tanning ledge and two lounge chairs for your enjoyment. Comfy outdoor couches and additional lounge chairs around the pool along with a grill make the backyard a true oasis and help to transport you to a higher level of relaxation.
Back in the house, walk upstairs with the unique rope handrail to the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, luxury linens, and en suite bathroom with a marble walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a large sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper for the little one to stay close to mom and dad or to sit and relax on while planning the next dayâs adventures. Large french doors lead to the private master patio with a bar height table and ample lounge seating to enjoy sit and relax to the sounds of the ocean.
The crowâs nest on the third floor is the perfect spot for the kids with 4 twin XL custom built-bunk beds. The second balcony boasting ocean views provides the perfect spot for enjoying the famous sunsets on 30A. A snack bar area is an appreciated bonus enjoyed by the kids in this cozy space.

THE NIITTY GRITTY:
1. All adult guests will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability prior to arrival sent via email by owner.
2. Booking party is required to provide a copy of his/her Drivers' License along with signing and returning a copy of the Rental Agreement sent via email by owner. The terms of the Agreement are effective once the property is booked.
3. Guest Information Form must also be completed by booking party and returned to owner. A Welcome Letter will be provided to booking party prior to arrival.
4. ********* There is a pool heating fee of $75 per night 9/1 to 10/1 with an increase of $100 per day from 10/2 to 3/31 that must be paid prior to check-in.
5. Property Damage Protection is required to be purchased by the booking party from VRBO. Please ask the owner if you have any questions about this requirement.
6. There are external security cameras on the front and side doors.
7. NOTE: While the property sleeps * up to 12 guests * as there are enough beds for 12 persons, the * maximum number of adult guests * permitted is 6 during any stay unless specifically discussed and approved by the Owner in writing.
