Enjoy this one of kind view from our spacious home with a screened in front porch! We have a 5br 3 full bath ranch-style 2700 sqft home that sleeps up to 16! (new space to sleep 10 more in Feb.2026) It has a gated entrance that offers privacy and security for our guests. Situated about 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
The house is a 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home that will sleep 15 max. The Living is very open and spacious with about 1000 square feet. The living room flows into the kithchen through a big case opening. Master suite has nice size bathroom connected with a shower and jacuzzi soaker tub. Front porch is screened-in and very spacious. The back patio has a propane grill. There is one car garage available. Here are more house details:
* BR 1- king bed, TV, attached to full bath with jacuzzi and walk-in closet. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 2- queen bed with TV. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 3- 3 full beds & TV. Sleeps 6 max.
* BR 4- 1 full bed. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 5- 1 queen bed. Sleeps 2 max.
* Living room- very spacious with a sofa sleeper for one person, fire place, 80 inch TV. Sleeps 1 max.
* Kitchen- fully stocked for cooking needs, walk-in pantry, full bath connected, & coffee bar.
* Back porch- laundry area which connects to garage and back patio. Also has extra supplies, chairs, & a folding table.
* Garage- one car is available.
* Front porch- screened in with seating and a swing to view a beautiful sunrise.
* Fire pit- wood provided with a box that has lighter, paper, & roasting sticks.
* Back patio- propane grill with fenced-in back yard.

Great place for our family reunion

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property and with both the house and bardominium had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together. Well stocked and very clean.

Paul was very responsive anytime we needed anything. The house was perfect for all of which was 15. We were there to celebrate our son in law’s graduation from Midwest Baptist Theological Seminary. It was located in a quiet gated area just minutes from anything you need. The kids loved playing outside. Well done Paul, your property was great!

Perfect place for a guys trip to KC

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was 30 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Eazy to get to and eazy find. Quiet location. Fire pit and property were exactly what this trip needed.

Great property!!!

Everything was clean and house is just as pictured if not better in person!! There is also plenty of room outside to enjoy the scenery and weather. The host had great communication and accommodated to all our needs. The views from the property were absolutely gorgeous and it was a great place to celebrate my friends birthday!

Absolutely stunning place

This place was amazing. Everything was so accommodating for us all. There was everything you could think of there to make the stay perfect. The place is so beautiful and smells so nice. Pillows are so comfy. I would 1,000% stay again. The host were wonderful at getting back to us so fast if we had any questions. You need to stay here if you want relaxation and beauty!

Excellent Property

Perfect property for our annual friends trip to the KC area. House was large and clean. Sleeping areas were as advertised. The remote location was perfect for a large (and sometimes loud) group of friends. We got ALOT of use out of the pickleball court on the drieway.

Very nice house and property.

Stayed at the property for a 60th birthday celebration. It was an excellent house and property for our gathering. Lots of room both inside and outside. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the fire pit. Great communication from the owner. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great gathering space

Property and host were excellent! Huge gathering space for our family Thanksgiving. Everything we needed was available. Great anemities and decor. Host paid close attention to details. Plenty of things for kids to play with. Very comfortable. Will stay again.

My bridal party and I had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect space for us to prepare for my wedding. The host was extremely responsive and kind, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, there was a small incident with a curling iron that caused some damage to the bathroom counter. The host brought it to my attention in a very professional and understanding manner, and I truly appreciated the respectful communication. I’m thankful for the insurance coverage to help resolve the matter. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I would absolutely recommend this property to others.

We lived and raised our kids on our property for about 7 years. Some of the main features we loved about it was it's outdoor space it provided on acreage to do activities outside and the privacy we had with a gated entrance. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee from our screened-in front porch was our favorite. It brings us joy now to see others enjoy the things we enjoyed for years.
