Looking to get some fresh air? You will not be disappointed to get away from the city. Bring the whole family to this home down the road from Smithville Lake with lots of room for tons of fun! Personal private pond on property for fishing. There are horse, hiking, and hunting trails nearby. In town mom and pop restaurants. Grocery store and Quick Trip gas station a few minutes away! You may rent boats at Smithville lake starting May 1st! 87$-375$ depending on what boat and how many hours rented!5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms VERY SPACIOUS!
Upper Level (2nd Floor): King, Queen Beds & Futon, this floor shares a full bath.
Main Floor (1st Floor): King bed, and additional bedroom with office and a door includes a futon. Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Area, Rest area.
Bottom Level (Basement): Full bed in a bedroom with a door, futon, 2 day beds, couch, recliner in living room area. Pool table, air hockey family room.
Outside: Plenty of parking, 25 acres, Private Pond, Designated Covered seating area near pong with grill, some life vest, Private Canoes. Tons of Country Porch Vibes!
No parties allowed.
-please inquire about bringing a boat bus ATV or any other equipment on the property.
-If you rearrange furniture, please put back in its same place from before.
-Will provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and conditioner, starter supplies. Large groups are encouraged to bring more for their group. Dollar general and Walmart nearby.
-If you have a life vest please bring it, we will supply some.
-Bring bug spray!
-Please ask us about our pet fees.
-Enter pond at your own risk, must wear life vest at all times on pond.
-No Fireworks allowed
-Pickup dog Pooh! Bring your own pet baggies.
-Please do not pick flowers or other property attached to land.
-Fishing is catch and release on pond. Pond has algae sometimes, and it’s left in natural elements.
-We’re not on city sewer. Please take breaks in between showers or using washer. Thank you!
