The view is amazing! Las Gaviota is a beautiful location. This property was very clean. Unfortunately, it was next to the road and it was very noisy. Also, it is up two flights of stairs.

The property was very clean, light and bright. The view is wonderful.The step in the bathroom is dangerous; my husband almost fell. There must be a way to attach a lighted strip or something to the step to draw attention to it.Also, the stairs to the second floor are steep, narrow and badly lit. It looked as though two of the lightbulbs were in need of replacement. It also should be disclosed that the traffic noise is loud as the bedroom backs up to the highway and as there is no cooling system we needed to have the windows open during the night.

No air conditioning, or air cooler was in the condominium. It was very hot when we arrived.. I think it would be a good idea to have a switch to turn on the light as soon as you walk in the bedroom. The restroom has a step which I don’t understand the purpose of it. Due to that step my wife trip and fell and hit her head on the corner of the shower tile. There should be night light to prevent any accidents. Thank god nothing major happened.

This by far was the worst experience I have acquire so far. I travel all around the world and this was such a horrible experience. He lied on his bio about having A/C and all the windows from the home had no screen so at night couldn't even open them. The place was not safe and everything around us was vacant and sketchy. I did not feel safe and it was so hot it was not tolerable. I had a heat stroke and had to go to the hospital the next day and left a day early because of the horrible circumstances. I had to look and pay for a different hotel. Never again would I book through here. NEVER IT WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!

Weekend Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it. It’s clean, cozy and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We also liked the pool and beach access. We will definitely book again.

Mexican Paradise!

My wife and I have stayed here three times and each time is better than the last. The accommodations are perfectly situated overlooking the overlooking the ocean with a short walk to the private beach and surf. Love this place!

Amazing views!!!

The views from the deck were truly peaceful and amazing. The community was easy to get to and very clean and organized. The beach access was very easy to walk to and the food at the pool was AMAZING!!! Will definitely go again in the future.

Amazing!

The place is very comfortable, clean, with a beautiful view. Las gaviotas is a dream places, with phenomenales wiews Clean and a place where you feel very safe to be. It is definitely a place to return to.

Perfect for a couple

We loved the view from the living room and balcony. It's very nice and clean and close to the beach which I liked because I surf. You can even check the waves from the balcony. We are coming back for sure and will rent this little gem again for sure!
