WE NOW HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! A brand new option for those wanting a luxury experience in Downtown Leadville! These newly rebuilt lofts are right in the middle of the action with great views and easy access to all Leadville has to offer. Enjoy high end finishes and a city loft design!
Within 30 minutes you can go to world class Copper Mountain and within 45 minutes you can get to Breckenridge or Vail! World class fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, zip lines and the famous Leadville railroad!

The space is very modern and has an open floor plan. It is clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you would need for your stay. Enjoy mountain views, and know you have the choice of several restaurants, shops and activities within minutes to the lofts.

There is off street parking near the lofts.

I am here to answer any questions you may have about the unit, recommendations for restaurants, hikes, biking, and things to do. I will not bother you, if you plan to have little to no interaction. There are also manuals in the units with information on "things to do".

This building is on the main street, in downtown Leadville. You will be in the heart of it all, and the unit is very walkable to shopping, bars and restaurants. In the bottom of the building, there is a local shop, called Elevation Goods you can shop at. Within 3-4 blocks, you can find fishing tours, rent a side by side or bicycle, visit the museum, go to the cuban restaurant Bucci, get a pizza and wings from Mountain High Pies, go to the brewery, visit the oldest saloon in the US, or get a cup of coffee at one of several coffee shops! The units are on the top floor, so you can look out and people watch, as well. There is a local train you can ride, and just a short 5 minute walk to Freight, where you can also grab a drink.

There is one dedicated parking space per unit. The location is just about 200 yards up the street and have a sign on the surface lot, so it is easy to see. It is just behind the building. There is also other street parking around the building.

Most things are walkable from the unit, as it is in the heart of downtown.

Perfect location for close and quick access to all that downtown Leadville has to offer. Great launching point for hiking the area’s many 14ers. Loved the loft! Lots of beautiful updates but just enough of the historic charm remains. Super comfortable bed. Great kitchen. We’d stay here again.

Right in the heart of downtown. Can walk to any store or restaurant. Beautiful view of the mountains. Quick access to hundreds of miles of incredible trails. Will definitely be back!

You can see several quality restaurants from the front windows. My wife used the kitchen table and free Wi-Fi to do her writing while we were skiing

Perfect loft

Loved the property. Very spacious, clean, well stocked and organized. Easy communication with the owner/manager. Could not be more centrally located right in the heart of Leadville. And the incredible mountain view was a joy to wake up to!! Thanks again and can’t wait to return!

Modern Cozy

A friend and I came to Leadville for a short weekend girls trip. This place was better than we wven thought it would be. It felt like a mix of modern and cozy, and the views of the mohntains are incredible! The only things that could have made it better is if there was a deck off the front to sit outside and enjoy the views and if tbere wasn't people outside on the sidewalks below late at night chatting. I'd definitely rent this place again!!

Where to start?!! Clean, modern, convenient property in the center of Leadville. Owners so responsive, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!Leadville- must visit!!! Small town vibes, great people, amazing food, so many things to see!!Ski Cooper- do yourself a favor and stay away from other, overpriced resorts, no wait time, the softest snow in the whole state of Colorado!!!
