The only area off-limits is the neighbor's driveway located to the left of the house, however, there is ample street parking in front of the home. The street is very quiet with little to no thru traffic. You will have access to the entire home and a fenced-in backyard.
Other things to note
Car rental or Uber is recommended, most spots are within a few min drive and major attractions are <12 min drive! This home offers easy access to the following locations:

FAQ's

► Is luggage drop-off allowed for early arrivals or late departures?
- Yes! Luggage can be dropped off two hours before check-in (2:00pm) and left two hours after check-out (12:00pm). Please be sure to leave it just inside the front door and not to use the space . Any violation of these times will result in a $50/hr charge. We hope this helps :)

► Early check-in? Late check-out?
- Our home is in high demand! Our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean and prepare the house for so unfortunately we are not be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

► Is the neighborhood walkable?
- Yes! The Boggy Creek walking trail is situated a few blocks from the house, an enjoyable 2-mile walking trail that connects to 12th street and MLK.

► Are there coffee shops or restaurants nearby?

► Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker?
