We had a great stay. We come every early August, with our boys, for them to attend the UT baseball camp for the week. The house is within walking distance to the ballpark and lots of great little restaurants. My husband and I work from the VRBO while the boys are at camp.The house was the perfect size for our family of four. It’s not overly decorated, it was clean and bright. The sheets and pillow leave something to be desired, but we can’t complain too much.Our boys (and us) used the cowboy pool, and that was a lot of fun for them. We used the kitchen all week, and while there are a few small items that can be added to the kitchen, it was perfect for our week of eating.The house is cozy and Luis was very responsive, even with being out of town at the time.

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay in Austin! Within walking distance of several great restaurants as well as the Moody Center. We stayed here to attend a concert; took off walking, stopped for a bite to eat along the way and continued walking to the Moody Center for our event. Felt very safe and had multiple options for dining.VRBO was extremely clean, perfect size, kitchen nicely stocked with all of the necessities to cook dinner and even enjoy a cocktail. Living area and dining table perfectly situated to enjoy conversation while cooking, eating, and lounging. Luis responded quickly to all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for a quick Austin getaway!

Great location near UT and just East of I-35

Super clean. New 2-story house tucked behind another one. Very nice master bedroom and bath plus totally separate bath for guest room, and even another 1/2 bath on ground floor. Lots of light. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the place a lot.

UK/UT football Weekend

This property was just as described. Very comfortable and a great location to stadium and great restaurants. Only improvements could be water pressure in showers and timed temperature controls upstairs at night. Got very toasty in the middle of the night. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Stay and Even Better Host

Luis property is perfect for those looking for an Austin getaway. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes from most of the hot spots. The home is exactly as described and was perfect for our group of four. Plenty of space and home is well equipped with all the necessities. Communication with Luis was incredible. He was prompt to reply with any inquiries. Also, one person in our group left his bank cards and Tesla key. Notified Luis upon learning of the friend’s error and he was quick to reply. Located the items and dropped them in the mail within a day! Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a house with great amenities, located in a nice neighborhood, and close to all Austin has to offer!

only complaint was not enough wash clothes and towels and no welcome book. I had to reach out to the owner for code to get into the house and Wi-Fi password.

Perfect Austin Respite

The property sits in back of a front house. It is quiet, airy, light and peaceful. The windows look out onto trees and greenery. The house has everything you need, including a gorgeous shower in the master suite. It is walking distance from the theater and many terrific restaurants as well as UT. I would love to return!
